Great accommodation, great location.

This is a great apartment, very spacious and the additional outside space is lovely.

The kitchen is really well equipped, you can make meals from home quite easily which we haven’t found with previous properties. Would recommend if you need some space as a family and like being near the quiet end of the beach (which we did!).

The accommodation was first class and the facilities were outstanding with everything you could wish for provided.

The view to the hills from the upper terrace was magnificent.

We love everything about it. There’s everything you need for the perfect stay from comfortable beds, plenty of comfy seating, great bathroom and ensuite plus ample parking. It’s also beautifully clean and well looked after.

Number 10 the penthouse is lovely: one of the best holiday places I have stayed: stylish, with views of downs and sea from the balconies and roof terrace.

It's near to the town and also to places to eat. It also has its own parking.

My husband and I thought the apartment was in an ideal location for access to the sea front and lovely walk into the town.

The accommodation was excellent with everything needed for our stay.

We love staying at 10 Broadleys - it’s so comfortable and beautifully decorated.

It’s always warm and I can’t think of anything else that is needed there! The beds are very comfortable and views beautiful from the side bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped also and we had treats when we arrived - highly recommended

Excellent accommodation, clean with comprehensive equipment.

Just some minor points for improvement. Only 4 teaspoons is not enough. Opening device to balconies is a struggle to understand. En suite bathroom needs. Hooks on door similar to other bathroom. Highly recommended and up to Sykes high standards.

The owners have thought of everything you need for a perfect relaxing break. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough and we have already booked another holiday there next year.

We stayed here in July 2024 for a week.

We loved our stay and found the apartment very comfortable and well equipped. The three balconies were great for sitting out on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property with plenty of room.

The top decking & two balconies gave great views over the hills & sea. Everything is there for you in the Kitchen area. Games and toys for the children also. Excellent position for the beach, using a short cut alongside the Grand hotel around the corner from the property. The underground parking area was big enough for a large car, just check roof height the first time. We had a very good holiday at No 10. Adrian.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful apartment that had plenty of room for 4 adults.

Loved the views and the balconies. I had a phonecall en route letting me know the property was ready early and an apology that one of the windows needed a repair which was very thoughtful. We then had a sticky upstairs terrace door that we couldn’t open but within about 40mins we had a maintenance man at the door and it was fixed. Excellent service. Apologies I’ve only just found out that the owner (not her father who I was dealing with) also sent a text to us on return to see how we got on (it went to my husband’s phone). Would definitely stay again and the lift was very much appreciated by my mum.

Our first trip to Swanage and we could not have chosen a better place to stay.

The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were fortunate to have amazing weather which enabled us to make good use of the terrace and balcony which offer lovely views of the sea and Purbeck Hills. Despite the heatwave, the apartment stayed a reasonable temperature, us having windows and patio doors open/secured via a latch. We recommend the property and thanks to the owners for the welcome gifts which were much appreciated.

Had a lovely stay in Swanage in this beautiful apartment which was very clean.

The lift was perfect as my Mother struggles with stairs. Car parking at the property was easy, although key collection was a little tricky with parking. As it was raining I took a chance with parking on double yellow lines, something I learnt the locals do all the time. Appartment had comfortable beds, good bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Broadband was very slow, almost dial up, so no chance of working from home if that's your thing. But Netfix managed with a little buffering. The only problem we found unfortunately which made our stay uncomfortable was the ventilation in the property is a complete fail. In the heat of summer it would be unbearable for us. I had to open the patio doors to vent the appointment, something you can't do whilst sleeping or when raining. So I unfortunately can't give it five stars and would be the only thing that would stop me from staying again.

The property was exactly as advertised, it was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds and the seating in the lounge were very comfortable. The views from the upper balcony were fantastic.

A wonderful flat, extremely comfortable and very well equipped.

Upon arrival we were greeted with some treats which was a lovely surprise. The beds were very comfy, all round a fabulous place to stay in Swanage. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property!

From the moment we entered the property we were impressed with its size and look. Its a very comfortable property, offering lots of home comforts and conveniences. The roof terrace and balconies are fantastic with a view of the sea from the roof. The 2 visitor parking spaces were often taken but there was always room in the road or the underground parking (which has enough room for 2 cars 1 in front of the other), although the underground parking can be tight to get into if there is another car in the other properties space. The property is 10-15 min walk to the seafront, conveniently located close to a pub. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment with outstanding views from the roof terrace.

Warm comfortable and light in a quiet area. Close to the beach and many beautiful walks in the area. Obtaining key from town centre can be a challenge on a busy Saturday. Would definitely visit again.

Very comfortable and clean everything that you would need lovely to have a choice of balcony to sit out of a evening nice walk into town plenty of things to do in swanage and around very nice holiday.

This apartment is absolutely stunning, with lovely views from the roof terrace.

It has everything you need to have the most comfortable stay and the best beds we have ever stayed in they are so comfy. I don't have any negative comments. There is more than enough equipment in the kitchen to make delicious meals. Plenty to do in the apartment if the weather isn't good. Communication from the owner is fantastic. I am sure we will stay again.

Amazing property to stay in.

So comfortable and clean and also fantastic outdoor space. We have been coming to Swanage for years and have stayed in this property a few years ago. We loved the updates that have been added - one of the best places we have stayed in

A very comfortable apartment, we were grateful for a quick response over a flickering light, that caused problems to one of our party.

It was a great set up for a family with two young children and very comfortable and spacious.

We were appreciative of the games stored at apartment, the single bed in the room with the double came in helpful plus the bath and open living / dining space which could be closed off once the children asleep in the bedroom. We were delighted that it was all on one floor and so easy for us. It felt very safe and well stocked in kitchen/bathroom. It was relatively quiet so we used the external parking space which can be a bit of a tight squeeze but very handy. It’s a very good base to explore the area with decent comfort levels and great location. Good comms with owner.

This is an excellent base for your holiday in Swanage.

It is well located close to the sea and 10 minutes walk along the prom to the vibrant town centre. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. As walkers, we were able to enjoy excellent walks to Corfe, Studland, Durlston Country Park and Dancing Ledge, directly from the apartment and only drove locally twice to expand our range. The only slight issue is that the apartment icsn get warm at night and you may need the fans which are provided, to keep cool. The welcome gifts were also much appreciated! Thanks for a great week!

This is an amazing apartment conveniently located for the town, walks along the coast and buses to town and Poole.

The apartment was really comfortable and very well equipped and given that we were staying for Christmas we had everything to cater for Christmas lunch. The owners were incredibly helpful when we wanted to extend our stay and very caring to make sure that everything was fine with the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The accommodation was excellent with great attention to our comfort, we really appreciated these efforts.

Equipment and facilities were absolutely superb with plenty of dishes, glasses, pans and utensils. There were some maintenance issues which I'd be happy to take up with the owner but overall a top level flat which we'd happily recommend to other visitors.

The instructions for collecting and returning the keys were very good, and we had no problem locating them.

Parking facilities were good. The property was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. It was warm and welcoming, especially as we were stuck inside for nearly two days due to Storm Ciaran. The beds were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels supplied. We were spoiled for choice with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc and the microwave and oven were very clean. There are lovely views all round from the verandas. We would come back again, probably at a different time in the season, as most restaurants were closing down. We were looking to book a table for my 60th birthday (Chinese or Indian) on 31st October, but nothing was available locally or within walking distance. Be prepared for a drive, which my partner and I didn’t want to do as we both wanted a drink to celebrate. Nevertheless, we had everything we needed for a restful break. Thank you.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and well-appointed apartment.

We particularly appreciated its position with just a five minute walk down to the beach and within easy reach of the shops. Swanage is a great place to visit: safe sandy beach; coastal walks and plenty of places to visit. We had a great week. Thank you.

This is a fantastic property.

Large spacious rooms. 2 lovely balconies, one for each bedroom; plus a large roof terrace with stunning views of the Purbeck hills. Everything was equipped and decorated to a high standard. Fantastic value for money too.

A beautiful luxury apartment well furnished and equipped.

The balconies are a lovely extra although we did not use them much but that was due to the weather. Our only concern was that although the weather was never hot, the flat was always rather warm and uncomfortably warm during the night and we wonder if the MVHR system needs to be adjusted to correct this. We opened windows and patio doors when in the flat during the day, but were not happy with having patio doors open all night.

The penthouse was absolutely gorgeous with balcony views in both bedrooms and a roof top terrace, beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean to a high standard.

All amenities were provided and as a base into Swanage it was ideal for walking into town. Would highly recommend staying here The only downside was the Syke Cottages Agency, giving inaccurate information, not calling back when they said they would and not seemingly bothered to keep customers, hence the 9 instead of 10.

This is an amazing place to stay.

There's a lift to the apartment which is great for suitcases. The views are incredible with so many windows and three balconies. The kitchen is well equipped and the seating is comfy and so are the beds. We enjoyed a walk to Old Harry Rocks via the footpath and treated ourselves to a stream train to Corfe Castle. Always wonderful to walk along the sea front. Such a lovely place to be.
