House fit our party.

But we've been there before and its declined in places which is a shame. Firstly some windows in the 2nd largest double & twin room (at back of property) the bottom windows were locked and there was no key, it was extremely hot so would of probably helped cool the rooms down if they'd opened. Then we had an accident in the kitchen when one of us was standing jn the kitchen on a floor tile and got their skin pinched by the big crack in the tile. If a child was in the house could be potentially dangerous and it'll only get worse. Also the pool table that is a plus to the cottage & therefore added to the cost of accommodation was damaged, the cloth looked like it had been caught in multiple places with something, maybe a cue as some didnt have tips. The dishwasher seriously needs replacing also we went into this house 5 yrs ago the dishwasher was there then. We tried it on eco like advised but didnt clean anything so used the hottest/strongest clean cycle and still not cleaned properly. In the end we just washed up in the sink to save our dishwasher tablets and the loading/unloading then washing up manually anyway. Have a dishwasher at home so know how they should work and this one clearly needs replacing.

Very spacious house, ideal for a large family group in a quiet area but within walking distance of all of Weymouth's attractions.

Also well placed for visiting by car Dorset's beautiful countryside. The house was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Lovely enclosed courtyard at the back.

It is a nice sized house with large rooms and very well equipped.

It is in good location with a 10-15 minute walk to a secluded sandy beach, to the harbour, and supermarkets (although a steep uphill walk back to the house!).The house perhaps needs a bit of attention in some areas - the bed in the main front bedroom wasn't as comfortable as it could be, the sofa oposite the window in the lounge "sags" in the middle, the shower hose in the front bedroom ensuite didn't fit the holder, and the triangle for the pool table was the wrong size!! But we would recommend the property.
