"Fantastic property with incredible views of the seafront."
We stayed for the Ironman Weymouth 70.3 event and it was a perfect location. The only downsides were music from local pubs was slightly audible from the flat - but nothing we couldn't sleep through! Also, if you are looking to do the Ironman, there are 3 sets of stairs to take your bike up/down but is worth it for the lovely flat in the perfect location.

"Fantastic location!"
Wifi not good. Majority of the time it kept dropping out. Several cupboards and wardrobes were full of dust so had to be cleaned before use. Intercom played up and wouldn't release door from the apartment several times. Ceiling in the kitchen had damp patch. Good supply of kitchen equipment. Beds comfy. We would use the apartment again if on a lower floor as we found it tricky physically being on the third floor.

"I think it's a bit much to expect someone staying to empty bins and leave the place basically clean."
Fair enough to leave it so the cleaner can clean but I think it's asking too much to have to empty the bins also, particularly when there are so many flights of stairs in this property and having to lug our luggage up and down the stairs.
Thank you for your feedback and for scoring Royal Quarters so highly. It is expected that guests should leave the property tidy, we do not expect the guests to do a full clean before checking out. We ensure the property listing is as clear as possible so you are aware at the time of booking that this is a third floor apartment. We hope to welcome you back to Weymouth in the future. "Beautiful little apartment right on the sea front with great views over the water"

"Would suggest that you provide at least 2 keys to the building main door"
Thank you very much for your feedback, and glad that you enjoyed your stay at Royal Quarters. A second set of keys should have been inside the apartment. We will look into this and provide a new set if we cannot find the other set. Property Owner

"Lovely clean and comfortable flat, I would highly recommend renting it"

"A beautiful place to stay with amazing facilities."
Awkward when you first arrive as the seafront is busy so we dashed to and from a ‘loading area’ and up the many stairs. Extremely hard work when you have two young children and a lot of luggage! Once unpacked and parking located, this place is a dream! Amazing location, lovely decor and high quality finish in each room. Only downside is the noise from the street during the early hours.

"Wow..."
.a gorgeous apartment in a prime spot in the middle of Weymouth. As its on the third floor there are a lot of stairs but the views are amazing. Everything you need is available in the apartment. It is finished to an extremely high standard and we loved our stay. Will definitely be back and will use Sykes again.

"Excellent location overlooking the central beach area and a few minutes from Weymouth's shops."
Royal Quarters was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are of good size (including one en-suite - the shower has a half screen so you may need to put towels done to mop up excess water!) with generous furniture. The open-plan kitchen/lounge has cosy sofas, a large dining table with benching and a fully resourced kitchen. The additional bathroom means a family can easily co-exist when they need to freshen up! The decor is tasteful and reflects Weymouth's coastal location. Royal Quarters really is an excellent apartment and comes highly recommended. Two things to note - there is no lift, so you'll get good exercise up to the third floor. Also, outside parking will be very, very difficult to obtain - you may get away with a loading bay when you arrive and leave - but you'll most likely park your car in a nearby car park, still within 5 mins. But these are very minor quibbles.

"Fantastic apartment with amazing views!"
Loved waking up and looking out at the sea view. The location is fantastic and we had a super weekend in Weymouth! Apartment suited our family of 5 needs and kids didnt want to come home! Amazing rain shower in en suite but totally impossible to have a shower without washing the whole bathroom floor! Needs a longer screen. The apartment could do with a dust pan and brush rather than having to get the Hoover out.
