All Saints

After visiting the UK several times before I would everytime return to this wonderful place.

I liked the little and vivid town of Hastings very much, and I liked the house we stayed in even more. It is equipped with so much love and so much care, everything beautiful as well as useful. Would recommend! Modern kitchen, modern TV, good beds, very unique and and beautiful style. We felt completly safe. Pub is at the corner. Please come here with a small car, we struggeld a lot with the bigger car the car rental gave us.

This was a great place to stay!

The location is really good, based in the old town and close to the beach and fantastic pubs. The flat is really well equipped, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Having a garden was appreciated in the warm weather and the parking space was very useful indeed.

The garden was perfect too. Location amazing for whole family, there's loads to do just a stone's throw away. Only niggle is the noise; local pub goers and late night passers by yelling at 2am gets boring. As it's ground floor with windows to pavement you can't open the windows at night in summer. But still had a fab holiday

What a perfect stay!

All Saints was a beautiful property and presented with every comfort to enjoy.The quirky decor suited the accommodation which we loved. The location was ideal and only a couple of minutes walk to the main sea front area of the old town which had plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants, gift shops, and more. Would definitely recommend All Saints will be booking to stay again in the future.

Great location, free parking, this place has everything you could ever want!

We are fussy and we loved this property.

We couldn't get about much with two elderly dogs in tow and a heat wave but it was the perfect spot to pop to the lovely pub behind and with everything on the doorstep we didn't feel trapped with the heat and the dogs. The property stopped very cool throughout and no fans needed which was quiet literally a breeze. We will be returning next year and hopefully it'll be cooler to get out abd about with the dogs. It could have been awful else where in the heat but perfect at this property

As having been before, we were excited to be returning to this lovely property & for the first 2 days, all was great , everything you need is supplied, right down to a bottle of fresh milk , however due to my wife taking a tumble whilst crossing the road in town & breaking her fingers/knocking her head & after attending A&E we decided to pack up to return home, such a shame as weather was lovely & doggy was having a great time as well

A really wonderful apartment in a great location. There is so much on your door step to explore and enjoy whatever the weather. We felt right at home in the apartment and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Another wonderful stay at 68!

The flat is, as always, attractively furnished, welcoming, impeccably appointed, a wonderful and instantly relaxing place to be. Its situation on one of the loveliest streets in Hastings Old Town could not be better; communications with the owner Helen are invariably easy, swift and helpful. Parking is an extra boon. 68 really does provide a perfect base from which to explore & enjoy the many delights of the area. Faultless. Thank you, Helen!

Ground floor single level apartment, accessed via steps front and rear, situated on popular street in Old Town Hastings, close to niche shops, pubs and restaurants and beach.

Great spot for exploring other Sussex towns and perfectly located for general mooching of Hastings itself. Tastefully renovated with everything provided. Good showers, thick towels, fresh smelling bed linen. Innovative handy parking space with secure landscaped garden. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend, thank you!

Comfortable accommodation liked garden although parking is a little tight secure in gates well situated in old town and nice to walk along front to newer Hastings

Quirky cottage right near everything.

Really lovely time, and the parking spot is very helpful! Only minor thing is some sort of grip is needed for the rug in the living room as it’s very slippery coming around the corner! Lovely hosts looked after us well. The cake was incredible too :)

What a beautiful property!

Perfect location for just about everything Lovely personal touches including the lemon cake , fresh flowers & lots of other little things Beds comfy & felt really relaxed throughout our stay. So close to everything including the beach & many restaurants, had a fabulous lunch in Webbs at the end of the street & the dog had a great time on the beach , as did we as well as in the lovely garden. Didn’t light up the log burner although I bet that would be nice in the winter. Will definitely return & definitely recommend if you enjoy home comforts. Simply perfect!

A beautiful and very stylish property in a fantastic location.

Cosy, warm and welcoming. Delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake left for our arrival. Excellent coffee machine! Fabulous pubs serving great food just a stone’s throw away. Loved it! Will definitely return.

Such a beautiful place to stay, the house is absolutely amazing, the photos just don’t do it justice.

We were there over a long weekend and the weather was awful, the house was so cosy and warm though. Everything we needed was in the house, a beautiful lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us. The house is in a lovely part of town, very close to the sea and a short walk to loads of convenience shops, fish and chip shops and pubs. The old town shops are brilliant and so close to the house. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect place to be, directly in the Old Town of Hastings!

The interieur is tastefull, we really love it!!! Kitchen is good supplied, but not enough cutlery, the knives are not knives, they are not sharp, you can’t cut meat or bread. The sofa is really horrible to sit on with four people and the television is not working. The table is too high for having diner or lunch, or the chairs are too low (cold to sit on the chairs) Important: hooks for bath towels, handle in the shower, floor is very slippery, chair in the bedroom for sitting on and cloths. Extreme smell of old cellar in both bedrooms…

The positives -Spacious, Off Road Parking, Comfortable and Spotless.

The Negatives - As its a period property in a conservation area, I understand that you can not have double glazing but secondary glazing is needed as the noise from the pub on a Friday and Saturday night was really bad until midnight. The apartment is also very dark and the sink in the ensuite is far too small and only two bath towels were provided in total for a 5 nights stay which felt somewhat mean.

Fabulous, quirky property in Hastings Old Town.

Property was very well equipped with lots of logs for the log burner, cleaning materials, tea, coffee, milk etc and the fresh cake a lovely touch. Bedrooms both of a good size again with lovely touches like cotton wool, tissues left for use. Reversing out of the lane on to the narrow road took a day or two to get used to but was fine. The Crown pub on the corner serves fabulous food so is great to have so nearby. Would recommend this property and would happily stay again as it’s great for exploring the Sussex and Kent coastline.

Fantastic location, we loved that the beach and shops were only a short walk away.

The house was beautifully presented, I loved the mid century furniture and the handmade lemon cake on arrival was a lovely treat! The parking at the rear of the house is tight, but this was described in the listing. We had a great stay, the beaches are dog friendly out of season, but there are plenty of other dog walks from the house. Hastings Old Town is a great place for exploring- we would love to come back!

Close to the beach and town centre! The apartment was genuinely lovely and had everything we needed ! Would recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable spacious and welcoming home for a few days for relaxing
