  • "Fabulous cottage and exactly as described."

Very clean and spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect enclosed garden for the dog. Owners were very friendly and helpful and on hand to help (a door got jammed and they were down the same day to fix). Highly recommend.

  • "We've been staying in Fiona's and Roddy's cottages, Kelp and Corncrake, for many of the last 15 years."

Cottages are so relaxing: everything is thought-through in terms of convenience. And to have such fresh shellfish delivered on day of being caught by Derek is a bonus to dream of. And if you're thinking of booking for the first time, be assured that Fiona and/or Roddy will be on hand to sort out any difficulties you might come across.

The sun room, kitchen/dining are, and the TV room have all been recently done up as it’s even better than the pictures on-line, super clean & very large enclosed garden which we spent a lot of time in highly recommended this cottage, and would love to go back.

There has just been a fabulous brand new fitted kitchen since pictures were last taken, so a nice surprise! The garden was enclosed, so perfect for our dogs. The bed was super comfortable. It was scrupulously clean and well presented, and the kitchen was really well equipped too. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
