Fantastically located, spacious and very clean house.
The house was a great size for our group and made for a relaxing weekend. Does need better standard of cooking utilises and more crockery and cookware for a self catering home. It was fine but if we had been there for longer it would have affected our overall experience. Having items such as board games and other items like a coat stand for the back door and large clothes airer for wet walking wear, would elevated this property further especially for anyone wanting a longer stay. Communication on directions and access was great. We would recommend this property.
My friends and I had a lovely stay at the bay tree the house was clean with large rooms and the beds are comfy.
Easily accessible and 10 mins from A66. Shame around the fire doors being so loud when closed but it really didn’t bother us too much as we all had similar schedules. Ample parking for 4 cars and potentially a 5th if needed. Would recommend and stay again.

magical 3 days away, would recommend getting out on the lake paddle boarding or canoe, everyone was polite and friendly at the property and on the lake. will be returning hopefully next year.
