My main problem is my Wife may have left her glasses in the cottage.

There is no way in your system to speak to a human. Following the lost property line you go around and around. There was a lot of dog hair left. We had real problems with the heating.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed and I must say the property is looking tired.

The front aspect is significantly overgrown and we struggled to get past the bushes with our bags. The soft furnishings and couch look like they need renewing. There is also a terrible smell of damp downstairs. The back garden seating area is dirty and needs attention. A real shame because it is a beautiful property and fabulous location.

My husband & I loved the cottage the views were amazing and I must say very clean well done on that the one ; the kitchen had everything you would need it was super the only thing I would say the front & back garden could do with a bit off cutting back and by the gate would be a good thing but loved the place
