We stayed in Number 3 and it was perfect, the amount of thought and attention to detail inside and outside the property is highly impressive.

Matt who owns the property was very helpful throughout our stay. There's also lots of nice walks on your doorstep along with a stunning pub and farm shop. I would highly recommend and will hopefully return at some point in the near future.

Just got back from a fabulous week in No 3 The Coach House.

Beautiful cottage, very clean and comfortable, didn’t want to leave. This cottage is definitely at the top of our list as one of the best we’ve stayed in 10/10

A warm welcome on arrival by Matt, who, after explaining all we might need to know, made it clear he was only a phone call away if needed.

It was clean, comfortable and very modern. Just the way we like it. A great central hub for visiting some wonderful locations in a beautiful part of the country. We are already booked in to No 1 for October this year and looking forward to visiting again.’

Matt Hough (Owner) was very warm & welcoming on arrival, he gave us a brief but comprehensive orientation of No 3, re the heating system etc.

we loved No 3, it was clean, bright, well maintained & made the perfect base for exploring the glorious Yorkshire Dales! We had a gorgeous time!

stayed at no 1 last year which was fab but this was a step up.

Great layout, everything you need and a very private/secure dog friendly garden. Would definitely stay again.

3 The Coach House for it's comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Matt kept us fully informed up to our arrival and was there to welcome us into the cottage. The garden was also ideal for our dog, with plenty of room to run around and also totally secure. The Marton Arms which serves excellent food is only a short walk away, as is The Country Harvest Farm Shop with butchers, groceries and coffee shop.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the no 3 Cottage.

I could not believe how clean this cottage was...........spotless is an understatement. Matt was a lovely man and very attentive to our needs. Went through all the walks available and where to find restaurant's, shops etc. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. If we were asked to find a faut, sorry, we couldn't

No 3 ideal for us, quality throughout with comfy beds. Quiet and peaceful, open easy access from the front, but private and secure at the rear. Separate shower and bath upstairs and loo downstairs, no expense spared on fittings. Eight parking spaces with EV charging point(s), reasonable charges, £31 for 150mile top up. Short walk to farm shop and similar to Marton Arms, (excellent food). But no footpaths. Would recommend.

First time staying here and it felt like we were the first ones in!

Everything was spotlessly clean, well presented, modern but cosy and everything you could want! Our dog loved the enclosed, mainly walled, garden and it made getting in and out really easy. Matt was friendly and helpful and suggested walks, one of which we did and it was really lovely! The local pub is open again and is literally five minutes up the road. There’s the country harvest farm shop just across the main road which does lovely coffee and amazing scones! There’s the country lakes are only 30-40 mins away and the Lancaster coast about the same. Three peaks are very close, as are settle, stainforth etc. We will be back!!

We spent 4 December days and nights at number 3 The Coach House.

It’s been a very cosy, warm and quiet place to be, especially when a named storm passed through. The whole place is well equipped, extremely clean and modernised without losing its character and was decorated for Christmas. The bed is oh so comfortable and we loved the log burner! The outside space including parking, the garden and around the property is very well cared for making it welcoming from first arrival. The position of the cottage is perfect for exploring North Lancashire (e.g Leighton Moss RSPB), North Yorkshire (e.g Ingleton, Clapham, Settle) and Cumbria (Arnside, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal and the Lakes). We had the best of stays.

Lovely Cosy cottages in a great location.

We stayed at the coach house no3 for a weekend break and it had everything we could have wanted! Friday was a short walk to the Marton arms pub for tea, Saturday was followed with a walk to the top of Ingleborough and back to the cottages. Host was very welcoming and there if we needed anything.

Absolutely wonderful 2 bed accommodation.

Very modern, totally renovated and clean with good quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely quiet area with stunning sunrises over the Dales. Ingleton only a few minutes in the car and everything you need really. Owner Matt explained everything and was on hand (or by mobile) if we needed anything or had any problems which we didn’t. EV charging 7kw on site will be a benefit to plenty folk in the coming years. 55p per KWH I think and worked no problem once the app was downloaded and registered.

A lovely property, well appointed, in a quiet setting with easy access to A65.

The accommodation has been lovingly renovated and well thought through giving a feeling of luxury. The owner was friendly and helpful, even providing comfortable blankets for our dog.

Had a wonderful week at No 3 The Coach House.

A lovely welcome from Matt and was amazing to see the renovations of the whole property in a book explaining the works that had been undertaken. This is a beautifully situated cottage that had everything we needed, a complete home from home feeling, with a lovely comfy bed and a great shower. The underfloor heating was an added bonus with the wintery weather we had. Will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation with helpful owner, high quality furnishings and equipment.

Central location for the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.

The property was of a high standard and well maintained, and in a good location for exploring both Yorkshire and Lancashire.

On our arrival we were met by the owner who went through the basics of the property and surrounding area. The garden was very secure with a nice lawned area and patio. The kitchen was well equipped, but if you didn’t feel like cooking, there is a very good pub within walking distance. There is also a farm shop/cafe within easy walking distance too.

Fantastic property in a great setting.

We loved it, didn't want to leave. Ideal location for visiting many areas, the local pub served good food. We'll be back!

very nice property and a great location would say the pillows are very hard and no black out blinds on windows making it very light in the bedrooms at night but overall it is a very nice property

We had a lovely stay at the Coach House no3.

The owner is very helpful, the house has everything you can think of and is very clean. Nice little extra are the streaming services on the smart tv. The pub which is a 5 minute walk from the house is well worth a visit, had some lovely food there. We will definitely be returning to the Coach House!

After our extensive experience of holiday cottages, this one has got to be top of the list!

The facilities, fittings, fixtures were all top notch! Location is perfect for the Yorkshire Dales. Loved it so much we’re returning next year!

The only slight disappointment was that the oven was not as clean as it might have been.

A very comfortable immaculate cottage which is well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday.

All the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the enclosed garden was a real bonus. A great location for exploring this beautiful unspoilt area on foot, bike or by car and there's an excellent pub and deli close-by. Shopping and other pubs and restaurants in Ingleton or Kirby Lonsdale. The owner Matt was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. This cottage is thoroughly recommended!

The cottage is absolutely immaculate.

Perfectly furnished and everything provided for. Excellent enclosed garden for our four legged family member, Betty the dog. Excellent location for exploring the countryside at your doorstep. Matt provided prompt and in depth advice before arriving and during the stay. Will definitely be looking at returning at some point.

No3 the Coach House.

Our welcome was warm and friendly with nothing too much trouble. Owners were available when required but did not intrude on your holiday. The house was in a lovely location with a great pub and deli close by. Also a few miles away was a lovely cheese shop for those cheese lovers. General location was excellent as only 45 mins from the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, the Lakes and Lancashire. The house was clean and very comfortable with everything you might need for a self catering holiday. The bed was also very comfortable and slept really well. Really glad we choose No3 as it offered more privacy than the other two but I am sure they are all of the same standard. Lastly the EV Charging on site was a big plus for our new adventure into EV motoring. Would definitely return and recommend especially if you have dogs.

We visited ingleton for a family weekend, stayed in barns 1,2&3, we were really impressed with the standard of finish to each individual barn.

They are all so cosy and warm especially after a long days walking with the dogs. Location is fantastic, a short walking distance to the nearest pub. We will definitely be returning in the near future. The communication with Matt was faultless, he could not do enough for us during our stay. We felt very welcome throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend staying in any of the three barns.

5 * Great place to stay!

On arrival Matt gave us a warm welcome and explained everything you needed to know. Our accommodation was very homely, had everything you could want for and a delight to stay in. Nice relaxing time here with great walks on your doorstep as well as a great pub near by.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Coach House having stayed at number 1 a year ago.

Again the property has been converted to the highest standard with luxury fittings and furnishings throughout. Matt met us on arrival and explained everything and made us feel very welcome. The property is very quiet but with everything you could need close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future.

No 3 The Coach house was absolutely a 5 star accommodation, the quality interior and comfort excellent, Matt the host met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us all information needed for our stay.

The surrounding area had many dog friendly pubs and the food was exceptional, all listed on the site when booking, all places of interest the beautiful villages of North Yorkshire are within easy reach and we and Dylan our Labrador can fully recommend a stay here “ fantastic “ you will not be disappointed.

The house was very comfortable, a great garden area , ( missed not having a hoover as used to cleaning up from dogs daily ,) but everything else was brilliant and the weather was fantastic

The house was beautiful, comfortable beds and a nice big sofa and the garden was perfect for our family to enjoy a bit of sunshine (and watch a meteor shower!

). Our host Matt was lovely, welcomed us on arrival and gave us some ideas for walks etc in the area. We've had a fantastic week and will certainly be back. The only minor issue we had was that we could have done with a hoover in the house - with a shedding dog and young child there was only so much we could do with the sweeping brush provided!

A lovely space.

Comfortable and light. The back garden was lovely. Enclosed and safe for the dogs as well as private. Quite a sun trap (when it was out!). Matt (the host) was very welcoming and helpful

Coach house no 3 was an immaculate property kitted out to a high standard!

It had everything we needed and is in a most peaceful setting and ideal location, within walking distance of the local pub and village. Our host Matt was quite pleasant and helpful on our arrival and was there if needed. Overall a fantastic holiday!!!

We stayed here for a week at the end of April in this beautiful coach house ( which is one of four properties on this site).

It is very tastefully decorated throughout with very modern furnishings and a huge kitchen space which led out into a lovely enclosed walled garden, perfect for our dog. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and again tastefully decorated with a large modern bathroom and separate shower. There are parking spaces on site too, all set in the middle of the North Yorkshire countryside. Pub/restaurant just around the corner from the property which was ideal. A real gem of a place to stay in a quiet location. You can choose to do as little or as much as you like. Would highly recommend a stay, you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure we’ll be returning again in the future.

Excellent holiday accommodation.

All of the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. Good sized secure garden is great for a dog (and children). The location is really convenient, with a good pub serving superb food a few minutes walk away. Matt, the owner is very helpful.

It was the little things that made this property stand out.

The crisp white bed linen and comfy pillows. The fluffy towels and rain shower. The lovely kitchen with quality appliances. The enclosed garden and the safe and secure parking. The friendly host Matt. A great location too just a few minutes walk for food and drink and a 10 minute walk to the village. A very tastefully decorated property well worth a visit.

Everything you need in a perfect location. The barn conversion is absolutely beautiful. We loved every minute of our holiday. We would highly recommend it.
