Within striking distance is the larger town of Morecambe where you will find further amenities and attractions including the Eric Morecambe Statue and The Stone Jetty. Slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster, where you will find a medieval castle, four museums and Williamson Park which often hosts open-air concerts during the summer.
