Hideaway

We had a great stay at the hideaway, very spacious, beds very comfortable but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the property, rubbish stuffed down the back of sofa, ants on the floor, table, chairs.

Kitchen sides were dirty. I do realise it was a very hot weekend but the cleaning of the property should have been better with the price we paid.

Hired for the weekend for my Mums 70th.

She loved every moment. The pool table was great for the men of the family and the hot tub for the ladies. Plenty of space for everyone and en-suite in each bedroom.

We had a lovely break, house was amazing.

Beautiful decor and view. Very clean and had everything we needed. We literally didn’t need to leave the house

The cottage was perfect for our golden wedding celebrations.

The owner was very helpful and great communication from him . The only improvement would be a sign on the road side as it is isolated and a hot tub check on the second day . The property was immaculate and we were supplied with lots of cleaning equipment and very good appliances

What a lovely place shared with friends for my 60th Birthday.

Lots of beautiful bedrooms loads of space all en-suite. Massive kitchen so we could all have breakfast together. Lovely Woodburn that kept it cosy and steaming hot - hot tub to relax & chill. Went to Doddington Hall for afternoon tea beautiful fab setting and The Inn on the Green for the tastiest Sunday lunch such a variety and an apple & plum crumble to die for. Thankyou so much Rav for looking after us. If we need a place this big again wouldn't hesitate to book. Andrea & friends

This accommodation looked great from the pictures but in person it was even better!

There is one room where I couldn’t find pictures so I expected it to be the ‘worst’ room but all of them were decorated to a high standard, clean, tidy and beautiful. The owner’s communication was quick and everything was set up ready for us for our arrival, including the hot tub! Would highly recommend.

Thankyou so much for the stay over last weekend.

My family had such an amazing weekend together here, the facilities, the space, everything about this accommodation made us all feel so comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be booking the hideaway again in the future!

Lovely holiday home with everything you need.

Cleanliness 10/10! Only a 10 minute drive into the town centre. Rav was very quick to respond to any messages and also allowed us an extra hour on checkout day. We had a fab stay and we would absolutely book again to come back.

Great place to stay, we stopped over with family and we had the best time!

It felt like we were on holiday and the hot tub was a bonus with a lovely view too! Lovely and clean inside, all facilities available! Close to city centre! Rav was very quick with any responses when I messaged him and getting the keys to the house were really easy! 10/10 stay! Would highly recommend :D

Lovely property we all really enjoyed it for my mums 70th we would definitely stop again

Fantastic !

! Rav was on the ball anything you needed he was intouch within minutes to sort for you. The place was so clean and amazingly decorated. So much room and everything you would need is there. Set in beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be re booking.

Rav the owner was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, any questions or enquiries we had Rav was happy to help, property is amazing & we literally needed nothing, everything was provided, we will definitely be back so so so amazing no one wanted to go home

Property could to with some TLC, ants in the downstairs area near patio doors and found a couple beetles near kitchen area.

Door handles could be replaced as they were flimsy and doors were really loud and hard to open and shut sometimes. Big leak above dining room table on ceiling from upstairs plumbing. Other than a couple things needing sorting the house is absolutely gorgeous and such a nice stay/ little getaway! Rooms are all a great size especially the upstairs bedrooms. Such lovely scenery and perfect weather to use the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and stay again. :)

There is no wood provided for the log burner as stated.

Every room all the fixtures and fittings were very dusty and there was rubbish under the beds from previous stays.

Our stay was amazing all guests were impressed and all are planning on visiting again.

Theres only a few superficial bits to maybe consider. On the website the bedrooms were a different layout, however this worked better for us but maybe the web needs updating. Needs a pair of scissors ✂️ It could do with more seats around the main table to seat all 13 guests, possibly some fold away chairs. Coat hooks would be a good idea. New mattresses for a few of the single beds would be a good idea, however other beds were so comfy some of the guests are wanting to buy the same mattress. Overall good value for money and a gorgeous property in a perfect location.

We had the best stay me and my group of friends for new year.

Rav was super helpful and on hand with anything we needed. The property was beautifully modern and well set out we really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back soon. Asda and Tesco are a short drive away too if needed. Highly recommend lovely location. Thanks Rav

We all enjoyed a lot , nice property with all good facilities.

nice and clean.

Such a lovely stay.

The place was clean and we were sad the trip was so short. Definitely will be booking here again. The property owner replied back to text fast which made us feel more at ease coming. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Superb property, quiet setting, well maintained

Brilliant stay and highly recommend.

We rented both cottages together to accommodate us all since we’re a big family which made it even a nicer stay. Rav is very helpful and responsive in case you need anything. We’ll go for sure

Fantastic stay and perfect communication throughout from Rav.
