"A shower mat and a grab handle in the shower would be of great assistance to less mobile visitors."
Also cereal bowls would be appreciated. Overall we had a excellent stay with our dog and would return again.

"Wagtail Cottage was beautiful it was comfortable and cosy with tasteful decor, with everything you would need for a stay."
The surroundings were tranquil and so close to the beach great for recharging your batteries and the owners were welcoming and friendly. Their dog Cody was a delight and very sociable too. We are already planning on another break in the coming months with our dog again and we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation!!

"A wonderful stay in such a lovely part of the East Coast, perfect for walks along the sea front, plenty of lovely cafes around and lots of entertainment nearby if needed."
The cottage was beautiful, lovely and clean. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The owners were great, so friendly including Coda the dog. We would always come back here whenever we visit this part of the country. We had a peek in the cottage next door too, Sanderling which is just as nice.

"We had lovely stay, nice cosy little cottage/cabin."
So nice to have the enclosed private courtyard area, so the dog was safe. Very close to lovely sea and countryside walks. Sutton on Sea is positioned perfectly between Mablethorpe and Skegness.

"Fabulous! What a find!"
This is a real treasure, a beautiful modern cottage very well equipped. We spent a week here including Christmas. We were warm and comfortable and the hosts were available if we had needed anything. A beautiful Christmas wreath was on the front door and some very tasteful Christmas Christmas decorations inside. When opening the front door it was like stepping inside a page of 'House Beautiful' . The situation of the cottage is idyllic, beautiful views with stupendous sunrise and sunsets. A short walk across the old golf course (now in the process of being turned into a nature reserve by the National Trust) leads to the promenade and of course the sea!! Wonderful! We cannot recommend this property too highly, just brilliant. Anne Christine and Tony

Lovely dog walks straight out of the door. My husband enjoyed the sea fishing only a few minutes walk away. Really enjoyed our stay.

"Wagtail Cottage is a very comfortable, extremely well equipped holiday cottage."
It is literally yards from the beach surrounded by open countryside. What more could you want. The owners are very hospitable and helpful.
-
"A beautiful cottage in a perfect location, near enough to town for some great cafes and bars (The Fat Seagull is nearest and best) but far enough away for peace and quiet and only 150 meters from the beautiful deserted beach."
Some lovely walks up and down the coast path, a must is south to The Boatshed for a late breakfast after a swim in the sea. The hosts were brilliant and made our stay but it was mostly the Coda the dog! Would love to return one day.
