What guests are saying
Lovely spacious cottage, great to sit in the conservatory in the mornings, will be cosy in the evenings when the new blinds are fitted.
The property is well equipped with everything you need, and the settees in the living room are very comfy - I must get one for home! The cottage is central for visiting the attractions of Lincolnshire - we did National Trust properties, went to the seaside, also Lincoln and its' cathedral. There are also airfields to visit. The weather was bright and sunny all week, so we had a lovely holiday.
Plumbing very poor up stairs.
Too many notes on what and not what to do, makes the place look untidy. They knew I had a problem with eating something that made me ill in the night. I washed the sheets and the under sheet, and the owner was aware of this. However, I was not aware that it had gone through to the duvet. We offered to have the duvet cleaned but the owners want to charge for a new one. There are plenty of other duvets in the cupboard on the landing.
Lovely homely cottage.
We found a the beds really comfortable and had all of the facilities we needed for a relaxing week. There were 6 of us staying, 4 adults and 2 children, and there was lots of space for us to spread out and have our own space. There’s a lovely play area for children a few minutes walk down the road and the pub round the corner does great food. Would recommend.
