The property was so clean and everything there was lovely quality. Lots of space for us all and excellent facilities. Great to all have our own en suite rooms. We all agreed it was the best place we have ever stayed

  • "The house was perfect for our party of 10, including 3 generations."

The spacious accommodation was very practical and comfortable. The kitchen coped admirably with multiple cooks and starving children. The outside space also worked very well with lots of opportunity for games and exploration. It is worth noting that the perimeter of the property is not secure for children or pets. However, the extent of the outside space meant this was not a problem for us. The owners live close by and were extremely helpful but not intrusive. The beaches nearby were wonderful and easily walkable. We would certainly recommend this property.

Plenty of room to relax. Lovely bedrooms and great showers. More than enough facilities in the kitchen and dining room. And the views were to die for. Even the weather played ball and enhanced our time away. Great location to visit Harlech and Barmouth and further afield if wished. And the dog absolutely loved the beach. Thank you.

  • "Great house."

There was 4 couples, 4 kids and a dog, and the accommodation was perfect for us. Kitchen and dining room are massive and great. And the fridge dispenses ice and cold water! All the double bedrooms are good size and comfortable. The play park for the kids was great. The view from the front is super looking over to the sea. The beach is a thirty minute walk, and is lovely and sandy. Harlech and Barmouth are ten mins down the road. Really nice. No one complained or whinged about anything, which is very unlike my family who love to pick fault. Great holiday place. Thank you.

  • "We had a great stay and enjoyed the property enormously."

That said, we mis-read the details where 6 bathrooms are stated, however one of the en-suites does not include a shower/bath, so two rooms have to share the bathroom. Also the occupier of one of the twin rooms complained about the uncomfortable bed, and the lack of spare toilet rolls. Also there were very limited kitchen disposable supplies but more than sufficient glasses/crockery/cooking implements. Overall very good. Would return.

Plenty of space for 9 young men who made great use of the BBQ and could all fit around the kitchen table and in the living room! Highly recommend this and really reasonably priced for large groups and big families. Felt very grand and was very comfortable, thanks for having us!

The kitchen and dining room were particularly lovely, and the entire property was clean and felt very welcoming. Rooms were a great size and easily accommodated all 10 adults for cooking, eating, sitting in living room together etc. The location is also great, only about 20 mins walk from a lovely beach. The property was in great condition (just refurbished) and excellent for entertaining with the spacious dining room / kitchen and the gas BBQ on site. The view from the front of the property over the coast was amazing. Location is great for access to beaches (Barmouth, Harlech, Shell Island etc) and we managed to have a great week with the weather which made our stay all the better. • "House is good."

.but owner lives next door and always keep watching us what we are doing. Its bit annoying and uncomfortable for us and owner entering into the property without permission and when we ask him, he always saying he needs to fix something. There is a room which he can enter into the property from that room.. We always have a feeling that he is also entering when we are not yet home.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate you chose to breach your contract by bringing more guests with you than were permitted. My insurance only provides protection for 12 people, not 16 like you had in your group. It is the first time in my 15 years of property letting I have had to ask guests to leave early. I live in the property next door but would only ever enter the property with the customers knowledge, and certainly never enter the property whilst customers are not in situ.” Property Owner
