The property

Taid's Retreat is an inviting caravan in Lossiemouth, Moray, with parking on hand, sea views to lift the mood, and a sociable open-plan layout centred around a glowing gas fire.

Set on a popular holiday park near Silversands Cove beach, it’s a friendly base for families or a group of friends who want days filled with salt air and evenings spent together. Arrive and slip straight into holiday mode, dropping bags and gathering in the open-plan living space.

The corner sofa encourages everyone to settle in with a film on the TV or a favourite DVD while the fire flickers nearby.

When mealtimes roll around, the kitchen is well set up for simple, satisfying dishes, with a dedicated dining area that suits slow breakfasts, packed-lunch planning, and unrushed suppers.

If the weather plays along, take things outside to the patio, where furniture is ready for drinks in the open air and easygoing dinners with a hint of sea breeze. When the day winds down, three well-presented bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with one double and two twin rooms, ideal for sharing a coastal getaway.

A walk-in shower room keeps mornings moving, while a separate cloakroom adds welcome convenience for larger parties. Beyond the holiday park, Lossiemouth beckons outdoor lovers with its beachside atmosphere and scope for watersports such as surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and boat trips along the coast.

Venture towards Spey Bay for a change of scenery by the shoreline, pause at Covesea Lighthouse for a classic coastal moment, then stretch your legs on sections of the Moray Coast Trail for breath-taking views.

However you spend your time, Taid's Retreat in Lossiemouth, Moray, sets the scene for a memorable escape on Scotland’s north east coast.
