  • "Absolutely loved the farmhouse and facilities especially the snug where you could sit and watch the sheep come right up to the window in the morning!"

Owners were on hand when we needed them! Thank you

  • "Lovely property, cosy, clean with plenty space, the games room a nice bonus."

Views are really good being so high up, enjoyed seeing a Red Kite & for first time ever a Redstart ! Nice to see milk & shortbreads available on arrival but there is Room for improvement on the welcome pack, compared to other properties we have rented. A few teabags, coffee, sugar for a cuppa would be nice. We also found dog walking limited within the immediate area around the cottage, but we did not allow this to spoil our holiday.

  • "This is more than a quiet retreat in a rural location."

It is certainly that, but it also has awesome views of the three peaks of Snowdonia from the patio and from a snug sitting room. Chairs and beds are comfortable. Stylish paintings, fabrics and ornaments adorn the interior. There are different spaces to suit moods and activities, from a spacious kitchen/lounge/diner to an intimate snug and a games room with pool table. Ideal for touring Snowdonia and the North Wales coast from Barmouth to Colwyn Bay.

  • "Orsedd Wen Farmhouse is a wonderful cottage in a stunning location!"

! The cottage was spotlessly clean and the pictures don't do it justice!! It is bigger inside than it looks from the pictures and it has been finished to a high spec. The beds are very comfortable and the WiFi is fast!! We will definitely be booking this cottage again!! The peace and quiet and the views are spectacular!!

  • "(Reviewing from our holiday in June)."

Stunning location, with fabulous views. The farmhouse was perfect for us. We thought we would be making full use of the pool table during our stay, but we had the most amazing weather so we spent most of our time out and about and sitting outside the farmhouse. There is everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable, and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. The only slightly negative comment we would make is that the wall at the front of the property is quite low so if you have dogs, you will need to be aware of this because of the proximity of the sheep and cows in the fields. We didn't leave our dogs unattended whilst outside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and don't want to leave! It was lovely to arrive to fresh white roses, locally made cake, red wine and a dog chew for our Minatute Schnauzer

  • "Lovely, spotlessly clean cottage with everything you could require."

Spectacular views and location but postcode takes you to another farm over the hill. Pool table a big hit, funny watching my 6ft 4 son having to watch his head on all the low doorways. Lovely welcome pack and information was really helpful.

Thanks for the lovely review. Sykes have now amended the post code to the correct address! Thanks Teleri Property Owner

  • "A lovely, recently improved, well maintained cottage."

Very responsive owner when a small problem developed with the problem fixed as quickly was was possible. Beautiful views and setting. The pool table games room was a great addition for our kids (and us!) and the newly remodelled kitchen and outdoor dining space made the place for us. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Glad that you enjoyed your stay at the farmhouse! Thanks Teleri Property Owner
