"This is a home from home location."
The property is well maintained & had every thing we needed. We have been several times and will be back again next year if not before .
-
"We were impressed by the amount of cutlery and crockery provided."
Probably enough for twelve people.
-
"Such a fabulous stay- great house and facilities and welcome folder was really comprehensive."
Great base for exploring the island- loved South Stack, Beaumaris and Dylans for dinner overlooking Menai Bridge. Peaceful location and Benllach beach was lovely - enjoyed great faih and chips from Finnegans. We'd definitely book again, loved it. For the owners- The only recommendation I can make is for some hooks/ towel rings near sink/ showers in the bathrooms and a reading lamp by the chair and footstool would be nice for the evenings.

"Great base for anglesea"
-
"One small thing, the ensuite could do with a fourth downlight over the sink."
Other than that, a great property, excellent location and value. Would stop there again.
-
"We enjoyed our stay at Hafod."
It is situated in a great location to travel around the Island. The property is well equipped & comfortable.
-
"A very comfortable property, tastefully decorated with everything you need and more."
It is ideally situated a short drive from the beach and shops. A lovely welcome of welsh cakes and milk, thank you.
-
"Loved the festive touches which made our Christmas stay feel special."
Really appreciated the lovely welcome pack too
-
"This was our second visit to a fabulous home from home!"
Everything we needed for a perfect week away including the weather. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable Welcome pack much appreciated and we will be back again for sure!
-
"Amazing property in an idyllic location."
Very well equipped although the welcome pack was a little sparse (no milk) minor point . Beds &rooms comfy & spacious .Weather was icing on the cake & looking forward to returning soon as possible. Highly recommended.
-
"A beautiful modern property."
Very clean and comfortable and well kitted out to make the stay relaxing and easy, especially when just there for a quick break. A great, accessible location. We would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back sometime.
-
"The house is beautiful and very well maintained."
It has all the facilities we needed and is well stocked with essential items such as cutlery and crockery. The house is in a lovely spot close to Benllech and easy to access. Thank you for a lovely stay!
-
"Lovely, modern property - well maintained and well stocked with modern appliances and crockery on a quiet estate."
2 minute walk to local pub and golf course across the road where you can have breakfast - staff were lovely and very friendly. Weather was not the best but we still managed to visit local beaches, Beaumaris Gaol ( which we can recommend ), Hidden garden, Nature trail and a rib ride down Menai strait. We would definitely recommend and would certainly book the property again.
-
"Lovely little stay."
Fantastic location and extremely clean and tidy. Only slight issue was the rear lawn was very overgrown which having a toddler running about wasn’t ideal. Other than that it was a brilliant weeks stay!
-
"Good comfortable holiday accommodation, spacious and clean, nicely furnished and well equipped."
This house is in a very quiet area, there is an Indian restaurant and golf course opposite. The club house at the golf course serve breakfasts and snacks. There is a pub in walking distance but you will need a car to access local shops, restaurants and the beautiful Benllech beach.
-
"Would benefit a taller fence to sheild the road and a more powerful and bigger shower downstairs."
These are just suggestions otherwise could not fault the property at all as everything you may need was there for you. Lovely week had by all.
-
"We had a lovely stay."
The house was lovely and well equipped. Highly recommended. Thank you.
-
"Lovely property, everything you need for a stay plus a few extras, nothing to fault and would highly recommend, stayed here with my son’s and one of their girlfriends, to visit snowdon and the Zip wire."
Lovely Curry across the road we had a take away, and lovely fish and chips from the village. Would stay again if we came back to Wales
-
"Nothing negative regarding the property, stayed in dozens on Anglesey over the years, this is just perfect, value for money, unusual for post covid rip off prices, just be warned the very noisy building work over the road, starts as early as 8am, seems they are building more houses, supposed to be completed in August, nothing the owners can do about that."
Would recommend, clean and modern, well done. Pebbles Bistro is the place to go for food, small menu, everything cooked fresh and to order. Pentraeth Chinese takeaway is as good as anywhere, and again, value for money, a few miles away. worth driving to.Enjoy this property, hopefully as much as we did.

"Lovely place and well located for beaches/visiting other areas of Anglesey."
Booked again to stay next year
-
"We booked a 3 night stay as part of our plans to get my son settled into Halls at Bangor University."
The cottage was immaculate and everything you could wish for. A home from home There were lots of crockery etc and the owners had bought milk and Welsh cakes for us. There was also tea, coffee and sugar provided as well as tassimo pods. This may well become our regular place to stay when visiting our son over the next 3 years
-
"The house is modern and very comfortable and is supplied with plenty of cutlery, crockery and bedding."
The owner has thought of everything to make the visitors stay enjoyable. We had one minor problem with the hot water and he couldn’t have been more helpful when we phoned him . It was easily sorted.
-
"A well set up house with new facilities."
Nicely set up and in a good position Walking distance of the Beach and local coast we will definitely be booking here again

"We had a great stay at the holiday house."
Everything was clean and tidy and there was more than enough space for two adult couples and two toddlers. Equipment wise there is everything you need for cooking. The bathrooms are well working and the living space is perfect for a short stay. The garden is lovely as well. Only downsides were that a question I asked via provided contact wasn't answered prior to our stay and the beds and/or the toppers aren't comfortable. Of course bed comfort is subjective and we brought a travel cot anyways which was good as there wasn't any at the house (to our expectation).
-
"We had a lovely week in this excellent property which had all the space and functionality we expected."
The house was warm during some poor rainy weather and was very well located for access to nearby beaches and shops. The only minor gripe? We had three adults and two small children and the toilet paper ran out on day three! I think that a property costing nearly £1k per week should have plenty of toilet paper? We would certainly come again!

"What a fabulous place."
Great location. Absolutely spotless and everything in it you could possible need. The house is new and is well cared for. Garden great outdoor space and large grassed area. Really comfortable beds. We really cannot fault this place . Shame we could only give it a 10 !!. Would definitley return
-
"This house had the best kitchen accoutrements ever!"
We weren't so keen on the tv . Also they are building across the road so this may disturb your mornings a little, However everything about the house is lovely and we had a lovely stay
-
"Lovely accommodation…."
Clean, comfortable and tasteful modern decor with excellent facilities, everything you needed! Tea, coffee and milk were available on arrival together with some Welsh cakes….nice touch! Some other basic household items for washing up/ cleaning etc also provided. This isn’t always the case in some rental properties so it was a pleasant surprise. A query was dealt with immediately by the owner so thanks for that. I would point out that a car is necessary to travel to the beach or shops but there is an Indian restaurant and a pub within walking distance. If you play golf, it’s a perfect location! I would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.

"This is a lovely house, meticulously clean and very comfortable."
The beds and sofas are particularly comfortable, and the furnishing and appliances are of high quality. A really quiet housing development on the edge of Benllech that allowed us a lovely break over the weekend. The rear garden is fully enclosed and pretty but does not offer complete privacy as it is adjacent the road and opposite the golf club parking lot as well as the neighbouring gardens.

"Hafod is a wonderful house to stay in."
-
"Lovely welcoming home."
Minor problem dealt with quickly by the owners who were very helpful and accommodating. The only downside is that the sofa/chairs are extremely uncomfortable and for this reason alone I wouldn't return to the same property.
Sofa and chair style and comfort is obviously a personal preference but I would dispute the claim that they were "extremely uncomfortable" as they suited us, as a family of four, for each of our stays. However, two brand new sofas had been on order for a number of weeks before your booking and have now been delivered and installed at the property as of May. Property Owner

"What a beautiful house!"
The facilities in the house are superb. We will absolutely book again in the spring/summer. Cannot recommend this house enough for anyone who wants a modern, comfortable and homey base on the island. The location is spot on, a few minutes drive to the shops in Benllech, a great tandoori takeaway over the road, and a few minutes to the A road on the island. Thank you for a perfect week away.

"Property rating out of -0 to 10- Property 10 - Lounge comfort (0) seating so hard and uncomfortable we had to leave a day early as we could not stand the discomfort any longer (also reported by previous tenant) Dinning room Table had scratches and drinks ring marks ( Photos taken with time and Date Due to House Keeping Charge Kitchen utility (10) But lack of starter pack cleansers and refuse bags and NO FIRST AID KIT."
Bedrooms (9) not sufficient hanging only 1 small hanging unit no wardrobes. Bathrooms (8) would have been (10) but no bath mats and a registered maintenance repair to shower cubical door was not done prior to our stay !!! I Had to place door back on track to stop water penetration to on-suite flooring and we bought a bath mat for our stay. Refuse site for recycling at the begging of the Estate similar to a Caravan Site. Garden Furniture no Dry Store Rattan seating cushion's soaked and so not usable. Other chairs are light and blow around in windy conditions Could Damage patio Doors if no Storage is provided. I would recommend that Photographic or video be taken on 1st day of any stay at this property as items as the dinning room table and the failure to act on reported maintenance such as shower door could be claimed against the house keeping bond if not noted and recorded.
