"Simply a lovely place to stay."
A modern build but with some olde world charm too. Close enough to local amenities and attractions, whilst also feeling remote and secluded, with the benefit of being on a private farm. We would stay again when visiting the area and have no hesitation recommending to others.

Games room was a nice addition but some of the equipment was a little tired - would be great to fix the football table and provide pool balls.

The owner was friendly and helpful. Near lots of things to do. Also we were visited daily by a very sweet cat. I would highly recommend. We had a wonderful time and the weather was considerably kind to us.

"Absolutely perfect cottage, location, cleanliness and comfort."
We highly recommend this cottage and will return. The lovely host made us very welcome and was available but not intrusive in any way. Ideal location for exploring North Wales, Snowdonia and Anglesey. If you want peace and quiet, a homely, clean and well equipped cottage and the most stunning scenery then this is the place for you

We're so pleased we chose Lavender Cottage; it was ideally situated; beautifully presented and in an idyllic, peaceful setting.
Rianne was the perfect host with lots of useful advice.
We would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to visit that area.

"We had a very enjoyable stay at |Lavender Cottage."
After a very long journey mainly due to roadworks and accidents we arrived at Lavender Cottage in the dark later than anticipated but Rihan welcomed us and showed us into the cottage which was warm cosy and spotlessly clean. We had some Welsh cakes and a welcome pack of biscuits waiting for us!.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. The cottage is in an ideal place to explore the surrounding area.
Lavender cottage was very well equipped and in our opinion if anyone stays here and is not satisfied then they are very hard to please.

Beautiful setting and immaculately maintained. Cottage well equipped and outside space lovely for evenings. Games room excellent for our grandson! Lovely welcome and very friendly people all round - will certainly recommend to friends and family.

There is plenty of parking and the accommodation is very quiet. In a good location to explore Caernarfon, Conwy, Llandudno, Llanberis, Snowdonia and Anglesey.

"The cottage was bigger and more comfortable than we expected."
There were lovely touches such as tea and coffee provided and toiletries in the bathroom. It was spotlessy clean and the outside gardens were beautifully maintained.
We would have appreciated WiFi access in the cottage instead of having to go to the games room to use our laptops. I was preparing for an interview whilst staying at the cottage and had to sit on the floor in the games room to do the internet research I needed to do.

Other holiday makers inthe other cottages were also very pleasant. All in all a relaxing and enjoyable environment to use as a base to explore Snowdonia!
