  • "Clean, cosy, warm, well equipped cottage in north Wales."

Beds were comfortable. Quiet location, yet, convenient for the main road and amenities. Welcome basket appreciated. Enjoyed seeing the sheep graze next to the cottage and the daily robin visit. Had a really relaxing stay.

  • "The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed."

Flowers on the table and a welcome tray were a lovely touch. The views were beautiful and the cottage was in a good location for visiting a variety of places. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the holiday cottage for those who appreciate the peace of the country.

  • "Property was in a great location and very peaceful."

Only thing I would mention was the pictures of the garden are deceiving as you don't have as much garden as photos suggest. The property is much closer to surrounding buildings.

The hosts were most helpful and our stay could not have been better.

  • "The property was very comfortable and homely and exactly as described."

It had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The location is beautiful, on the edge of a working farm but it was very quiet and having fields of sheep surrounding the house was wonderful for the children. Would highly recommend this for families and would definitely return.

  • "This is a beautiful , clean cottage with a wonderfully comfortable sofa and chairs and everything you could need in the kitchen."

The location was perfect for us and we appreciated the welcome gifts. The only downside for myself was that the beds were too hard (I have a bad back) but it was fine for my husband. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

  • "We had a wonderful stay at the cottage."

It was very clean and had everything we needed. The welcome tray was a lovely touch and we enjoyed the stunning views. It was very peaceful. Highly recommend the cottage and also The Goat Inn pub which is a few minutes drive away or around a half hour walk. A short drive to Criccieth beach which is beautiful. A great location to enjoy the peace and view of the countryside and not too far from the beaches.

  • "The cottage was really well equipped and had everything we needed for a great week away."

Home away from home and very cosy. The location of the cottage is in a great location to explore North Wales and Snowdonia National Park, the Llin peninsula and Anglesea. We would have no hesitation to tell friends and family to stay here. We had an amazing holiday here and a big Thank You to the owners and Sykes for sorting this cottage and holiday for us on such short notice. Just perfect

  • "A beautifully maintained, clean and well equipped cottage."

The flowers and gifts on arrival were beautiful and the flowers just added to the home from home feel of the place. The bed was really comfortable and made to hotel standard with a good supply of fresh towels. Their kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clear how much thought had gone in to it. The EV charger was a real added bonus for us. The charge for use was very reasonable. For a working farm it is exceptionally clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this place for families and couples alike. A beautiful cottage in a fabulous location for exploring all that North Wales has to offer.

  • "Our only regret with this property was that unfortunately we were compelled to have a short break when a full week would have been preferred."

The property is an absolute gem and from first walking through the door we felt after half an hour that we had been there all day. It is well maintained, comfortable and despite the poor weather we experienced, resulting in returning back to it earlier than usual, the ambience of the place made it a pleasure. All facilities are present. The added use of an EV charger (payable to the owner but very reasonable) was ideal for us. We will definitely be returning.
