The house was comfy and had all the provisions we needed.

The welcome basket with local beers and coffee was a lovely touch! Very handy for walking in to town and the river.

We had a lovely stay here.

The location was excellent. Really central and everything you needed was there especially for young children. Would go again.

Thanks for a lovely Christmas in a lovely town. The house was very clean and had a practical kitchen with everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the river each morning with the dogs. Beds were all very comfy and my son was very happy to find Lego and toys in the bunk room.

Fully equipped, well furnished house - ideally situated for Llangollen facilities.

Would highly recommend.

It's a beautiful house!

Spacious and spotless. Having no outdoor space wasn't a problem as it's right next to the river and the town. The staircases are steep so they will keep you fit!! All modern TV and WiFi. Kitchen is really well equipped and a lovely shower

Love the house.

Well looked after. Home from home. Good quality furnishings and white goods. It would suit a family or group of friends. Free p[parking on the roads nearby was a bonus For us, the doubles were very small in big rooms and felt hard, so we were glad we only stayed 2 nights. The stairs are steep and there are lots of them. We had a problem with the key pad lock which is electronic and scratched but that was resolved.

The attention to detail for the young child staying was wonderful. The location was great, close to a local beautiful park, the stream railway station and the canal quay. The property was in very good condition but I would like to report 2 small problems. I would not normally mention these in a review but I can't find a way to get Sykes to contact you so I am glad I only had minor issues. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the door on the double bedroom on the first floor did not shut. There was a door stop left inside the room but when I went to bed before my partner I had to choose whether to use the door stop - so he could not get in or not use it and let everyone passing look into the room!!! We managed to park on a street close by. I would certainly stay again at this cottage and would recommend it.

Super house, especially well equipped for families.

It’s not generous in size but more than adequate for a short stay such as ours.

Lovely house, great for our little ones and close to a playground.

Only issue was a few spiky carpet grippers on the stairs, and couldn't find a sieve in the kitchen. Otherwise a really great stay with everything we needed, thank you!

The house is beautiful, comfy and every little detail has been thought of. The location in town was great with an easy walk to everything we wanted. We unloaded the car on the double yellow lines outside and then parked up in the car park a short walk away for only £4 a day. So easy. We will definitely be staying again.
