"A lovely clean,spacious period property, which was ideal for our family holiday (3 adults plus 2 children)."
Located centrally it was easy to walk to everywhere in Filey and the off street parking is a definite plus. We will definitely be booking again when heading in that direction.

Filey was a lovely town with plenty to see and do and lots of dog friendly shops & charming eating places . I would recommend visiting the gardens & parks on the promenade for keeping children’s happy A Very enjoyable week was had Thankyou Annie

"Overall an enjoyable stay."
A bit dusty and vaccum cleaner not emptied prior to arrival also bagged dog poo in garden. I would bring my own pillows next time. Well stocked with all necessary equipment and products. Bed side lamps in back bedroom not working but a torch was provided. Plenty of storage space. Only problem was the constant screeching of seagulls. All night long so earplugs required. Bonus of having own parking space much needed as mainly street parking. Would definitely book again

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon.
