The property is totally inappropriate to be advertised as suitable for pets.

Stained smelly carpeted right through is not very welcoming. We spoke to Emma the cleaner on arrival who agreed it was shocking and had already put in a report and photos. We expected someone would contact us but no one did . We left the lodge in a better state than we found it thanks to my sons efforts cleaning the carpets .
