  • "A lovely barn conversion in a quiet, relaxed farm setting."

The location was ideal for our visits to Hadrian`s Wall and the Roman Forts. The presence of well behaved dogs and horses added to the experience. The Queen`s Head in Great Whittington was a nice bonus. Excellent food and drink.

  • "We were very fortunate to come across The Coach House when trying to sort a very last minute trip away."

A lovely property in a fabulous location. The property was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the very powerful showers! Unfortunately we didn't have long enough to explore the immediate area but would definitely return and recommend this cottage to others.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We would love to have you to stay again. Hope you’re having a lovely weekend. Camilla Property Owner

It was easy to park right outside the door, and inside the cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming, with a lovely ensuite for each of the bedrooms. The location was excellent for visiting Hadrian's Wall and other parts of the beautiful Northumberland countryside. Thank you Camilla!

  • "Very nice, recently completed barn conversion within a group of other farm buildings."

Large and spacious open-plan living area with well-equipped kitchen and lots of space for everyone. Three excellent en-suite bedrooms. Warm and cosy with underfloor heating downstairs. Short drive, or walk across fields, to Great Whittington where the Queens Head served good food Thurs-Sun. Lots of interesting historical sites nearby. As noted in the property description, there is a shared outside courtyard area but no private outside space - had the weather been better we might have missed having a garden.

Thank you for your positive feedback, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner
