    Definitely worth the 4h drive :) I do wish there was something other than a hob maybe an air fryer? Simply just because we wanted to spend the night in and cook for ourselves however we where limited to what we could have due to this, however it was still one of the best places we have stayed and have recommended to family and friends already! Thankyou for our lovely stay! And I definitely recommend the local towns are beautiful and everyone was so friendly.

  • "We spent 4 wonderful nights here and loved every minute!"

    Such a gorgeous spot and perfect if you’re after a relaxing getaway! Everything was incredible and honestly exceeded our expectations. The pod is ideal and has everything you might need during your stay. Before we came I did read some other reviews mentioning how they wish there were blinds so I actually bought a portable black out sheet with suction cup attachments from Amazon that we would put up at night before settling down for bed. Super easy to put up and has no impact on the view once you’re awake/up for the day. Would definitely recommend doing this to others if a little extra privacy and maybe not wanting it super bright in the mornings! We’ve already said how much we would love to come back - thank you for a perfect getaway!

    The pod was very clean and we had a lovely time. But the sofa let the property down. Also knives were blunt. And pans were scratched quite badly. But we definitely enjoyed our stay.

    We were expecting a microwave and a closet for storage. But we managed anyhow. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The hot tub was beautiful they did daily checks. Which was great. I would love to come back and stay here again. Honestly it did me wonders. Thank you so much

    The views are amazing as well as the surroundings. Only thing I would suggest is maybe some form of curtains for the doorway as it does get very bright in the morning when trying to sleep still, apart from that everything else was great.

  • "We had everything we needed and required."

    The attention to detail was perfect, everything had been thought of to make the stay as comfy and cosy as possible. A Box of biscuits and bottle of Prosecco awaited us on arrival (along with some teabags,coffee,milk pots) The hot tub was lovely to come back to and relax after a long day out. Even though we were on a working farm it was still very peaceful and relaxing. It was lovely to stay somewhere quirky for a change. We were also informed right away when there was a problem at the farm with the electrics and it had to be turned off for a bit. An amazing place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. All of our family and friends were impressed.

  • "Beautiful location and accommodation, in absolutely pristine condition."

    Would recommend adding curtains at least to the outer door as although it is very secluded, it did leave us feeling a little uneasy/exposed. Only other things to mention is the water not being very hot and we were disappointed not to be allowed to use a fire pit despite their being no mention of it in the details. So far that sounds a bit negative, but those 3 things mentioned are the only small blemishes on what is an absolutely fantastic place for some peace, quiet and relaxation. Although "in the middle of nowhere", it is close enough to towns like Ludlow, Telford and Shrewsbury and there is so much to see and do - and you are given all the information you could need and more in the documentation provided in the accommodation. The hot tub is bliss, the bed is pure comfort and the 42" smart TV means you have all you could want. Thank you - we got just what we needed from your little piece of the world and have already recommended and passed on details to a few family and friends. We WIL be back! :-D

Tucked away in the countryside, in the quiet village of Diddlebury near Ludlow and on the outskirts of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is this marvellous pod, Withy Willows.

Showcasing a panoramic view of the countryside backed onto the Shropshire Hills, with sheep dotted throughout, and nestled next to the well-known venue of Delbury Hall, this is a blissful dwelling for a couple or small family.

Traverse the step up into this delightful studio layout, with blue and yellow accents, along with all you need at your fingertips.

Fix up a tasty dinner at the convenient kitchenette, that is home to a handy hob and fridge/freezer; before enjoying it with your loved one or family at the nearby dining table, whilst looking out at those spectacular views.

Make yourself at home and stretch out on the sofa in front of the TV as you enjoy a movie night, before opening the sofa bed for your extra guests to lay their heads on and snuggling up in the close-by double bed.

The shower room has been fitted to a high standard and is the perfect spot for prepping yourself for the day, with its contemporary walk-in shower.

A highlight of the pod is definitely the hot tub outside that gives this home-from-home a touch of luxury and is a superb spot to soak up in after a day packed with excursions.

Meadow Pods

Centrally positioned on the grounds of the owner's working family farm, offering breath-taking views across the beautiful countryside toward the fabulous landscape of Brown Clee hill, rests this pair of unique pods, Cherry Blossom and Withy Willow. Each pod offers a cosy studio-style interior, boasting an open-plan living space accessed via a quirky circular doorway, including a snug sitting area, a charming kitchen housing all of the essential amenities and an intimate dining space. Each pod benefits from their own private patio featuring a luxurious hot tub; a lovely spot to indulge in a soak amongst the bubbles following an action-packed day, whilst the surrounding grounds provide a sociable space to come together for a group celebration. Set next door to the sought-after country house wedding venue of Delbury Hall, Meadow Pods are wonderfully situated to provide an idyllic and tranquil base for guests. There are a number of superb walking routes available from your doorstep, with the secluded woodland of Mortimer Forest, straddling the Shropshire and Herefordshire border, the Corvedale Three Castles Walk, passing through the beautiful Shropshire countryside, and Brown Clee Hill, the highest hill in the county, nestled within the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, waiting to be discovered. There's a well-stocked convenience store alongside a selection of pubs surrounding the property, with The Swan and The Crown both serving homecooked food in a traditional setting; make your way into Craven Arms to discover the rest of your amenities, along with several fascinating attractions, including the quirky Land of Lost Content Museum and the town's Shropshire Hill's Discovery Centre, and end the day with a bite to eat from one of the town's many takeaways. The historic market town of Ludlow is situated on the River Teme, amidst the outstanding countryside of the Welsh Marches. With more than 500 listed buildings, the town provides a fascinating range of architecture including Ludlow Castle which is over 900 years old and is one of the first stone castles to be built in England. Today the castle is open all year round and hosts a wide range of events including outdoor theatre, food, art and literature festivals and many antique and art fairs. Below the castle, Millenium Green offers a large public riverside green and weir and provides excellent indoor and outdoor dining facilities via the Green Cafe located right on the riverside. Ludlow has held street markets since the twelfth century. Nowadays, a traditional open-air market takes place in the town square every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday throughout the year. More than forty stalls selling a range of goods including fresh produce, cheeses, books and a selection of local crafts are on offer with the 'Local to Ludlow' produce market some Thursdays and an Antique & Flea market some Sundays.
