12 friends.. loads of space amazing kitchen everything you could wish for, very spacious bedrooms all with on suites, enough seating in the lounge for everyone. Hot tub was wonderful and amazing views. Local rippondon is a lovely place to visit with great pubs. Owner sent great instructions and looked after us whilst we were there many thanks We will definitely be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • "The property is lovely, with plenty of spa space for a large group."

We were let down by two shower heads being broken and the fact the biomass system ran out of pellets and which meant we didn’t have hot to shower on the day of the funeral we were attending. That made everything extremely stressful for the family. Someone came to add pellets but the water didn’t heat up quick enough, so we had cold showers!!! The property needs recycling bins. Otherwise, the property was well equipped.

Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Fabulous hot tub to relax in at the end of each day. A perfect location for walking & visiting nearby towns & villages. Becky, the owner was so helpful, leaving us spare bedding & towels for change of guests & being super helpful. I would highly recommend .

  • "Absolutely wonderful stay at Top Barn."

Really is as described and we loved every minute. Becky and her team could not have looked after us more. The underfloor heating meant we were always warm and snug despite the autumn weather. Very well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed although some comfy seating in the huge kitchen to appreciate the views , and some robes to use for the hot tub would have been even better. The fact that all the bedrooms could be doubles or twins really worked for us. Highly recommend!

  • "With just more attention to detail and updates this could be a fantastic place e."

    G. better towels, pillows and duvets; get rid of those hideous mattress protectors; repair the leaking shower in the front right hand side bedroom; secure the loose tap fixture in the back left hand side bedroom; add hand rails or non-slip bath mats; a shelf for hair and body wash; put a sofa and/or comfy chairs in the kitchen/dining area so the view can be admired; dressing gowns to get to and from the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and we did enjoy our stay.

  • "From the directions Becky supplied us (pictures included on where to turn and where the property is) too checking out, it was all smooth sailing."

An absolutely beautiful property, plenty spacious for big gatherings with everyone having their own space when needed. All the bedrooms are very similar and there was even a baby gate which was perfect as we had a very active 1 year old with us. The hot tub was cleaned often and boasts a lovely view which we didn't realise we would have! Unfortunately due to Covid we didn't get to sample the local pubs but there is a lovely farm shop only a short walk away, where the sausage rolls are amazing. We will defiantly return in the future, thanks Becky!
