  • "Good value for money and host was very helpful and friendly."

Provided unexpected and excellent welcome pack of local dairy products and tea, coffee and snacks. Host Julie was easy to contact and sorted out problem with kitchen tap very efficiently and much quicker than we expected. Lovely garden to relax in and off road parking. Good location for visiting Derbyshire dales.

Thanks for your feedback Bob. Glad you enjoyed your stay . The kitchen tap breakage was not a problem-just the plastic shaft that went up the middle had become brittle and broken. I was just pleased to be able to get it sorted too with a trip to B and Q being Saturday afternoon and of course my brilliant son and his partner for replacing the tap. Look forward to seeing you next time. Property Owner

  • "Property worked well for what we needed it for."

Stayed her for 2 nights and had all the facilities we needed. 2 adults + 2 (under 2yrs). We chose this property because it was well priced and close enough to Nottingham for us to attend a world sporting event that was taking place. Property was a little rundown in terms of age (mainly bedrooms) could maybe to with an uplift but worked well enough. Parking plentiful. Owner very pleasant and communication was excellent helping us with anything we might need. Didn’t provide high chairs or cots which is ok for us as we have our own we could bring with us. But possibly handy for others if could provide one of each if needed. Overall good stay.

Thankyou John Glad the property worked well for you back in July As there were no special requests obviously cots and high chairs were not supplied Gladly had a special request been made I would have supplied —-in this case two travel cots Property Owner
