Everything was very clean and well maintained, nothing was lacking, the infrastructure was very well arranged, a beautiful view and a super quiet neighborhood, even the people were very friendly, I highly recommend it.

Lovely place and such thoughtful hosts, leaving a welcome pack was a surprise and greatly appreciated.

The home itself was lovely and sweet and perfect for us for our plans whilst in Scotland. Thank you

I loved my recent week stay in this apartment/cottage!

It has a great location - quiet, safe area which is a 2 minute walk from Pettycur Beach. The cottage decor made us feel so welcome & at home. It was clear that the owners have put a lot of effort in to ensure guests feel this way. The property was dog friendly and our cockapoo loved the stay. There were many gestures which we really appreciated during our stay including a bottle of wine on arrival, dog poo bags/bowls/blanket/lead & shampoo. There were also chocolates & mints left along with an extensive selection of bathroom toiletries and other items in the kitchen including milk, bread & jam/coffee etc. This was such a nice touch which we were surprised with - excellent value for money. I contacted the housekeeper Muriel to request an early check in on arrival, she called back and was absolutely lovely and accommodated this request (even though we booked last minute the night before) . She was very helpful and polite throughout. We felt rested & refreshed after our trip (despite the unfortunate rainy weather). Would highly recommend booking this property & have no complaints! Thank you so much for our stay.

I had a lovely visit to 101a Pettycur Road.

It was precisely the peaceful and calm retreat I needed, while still being close to public transport and dining and markets. I cannot wait to return!

10/10 for EVERYTHING.

The property is beautiful and homely. It was clean, tidy and so so pretty! It had a cute view of the sea in the back garden. The town? ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL. Beach is 2 minutes away and it’s peaceful and beautiful! I will 100% be going back!

The most comfortable bed and best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a holiday let!

So quiet which is just what we needed. The cottage looked a little tired from a no doubt hectic season, unsurprising given that we visited in mid October, but it didn't detract from the appeal.

This was a lovely place for my week away.

Bigger than it appears in the photos. A nice welcome pack of wine, milk and bread was much appreciated I sussed out the oven…..need to set the clock before using! Log burner took some lighting but I think that was down to Storm Amy blowing a hoolie! I’d recommend some bath sheets to go with the available towels, but other than that pretty much perfect!

The cottage is lovely and the location is so quiet.

Next to Edinburgh, we could visit the town and enjoy the calme during the evenings.

Lovely stay at cottage, equipped to the extreme, Kitchen equipment and spacious, nothing more needed.

Food and drinks but a lovely wine and essentials for us as a welcome pack. Bathroom lovely and even fully equipped with essentials. All in all a very relaxing stay in a homely and clean cottage. Bear our dog enjoyed his stay too.

Brilliant apartment with wonderful sea view from lounge .

Everything you need with beautiful decor .Maureen the housekeeper was so helpful and kind .5 min walk to the harbour and when the tide is out you can walk for miles .Walked into Burnt Island ,nice independent shops and cafes . .Walked the coastal path into Kinghorn and up through Beveridge Park to the Buffulo Farm Bothy .Amazing food and to die for cakes . In Kinghorn, check out the Tornado Bagel cafe for fab food and homemade cakes/pastries and the emporium shop beside it for a great object's and even better cheese .would definitely book again .We and the dog loved it

Great property, cosy, roadside parking, close to amazing beaches, walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay, would love to Come back!
