Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that there was no welcome pack during your stay. We were in the process of creating a new one, which includes information on how to use all of the appliances, and also information on what to do and see in the area. We do try and go the extra mile for our guests providing the necessities they will need, so we will work on providing milk along with all the other essentials for future guests. Property Owner
