1 Marsh Gardens

This is our second stay and we’re not disappointed.

The property is located in an excellent location with easy access to the village and the beach. The property was clean and well equipped. Thank you for the milk and cake. The only criticism is that the sofas are not very comfortable apart from that we had a great stay.

A gem of a property - great location, superbly appointed and cleanliness top notch.

1 Marsh Gardens is a lovely apartment with everything you need.

The view out the back is lovely. It is very well kept and clean, with parking to the rear of the property. It is close to all the local sightseeing and Dunster castle is well worth a visit. We would be happy to go back again

Accommodation is a real home from home - immaculately clean, very comfortable, well equipped and located in a lovely area convenient for walking, There’s lots to see from the castle to England’s tallest tree and Dinster village is delightful. We look forward to visiting again.

Always good in the winter to walk into a warm place after a long journey and find fresh milk, coffee and biscuits. It’s the little touches that make all the difference. Well equipped kitchen with sharp knives, enough crockery and glasses and decent pans. Have already recommended to a friend and hope to use this accommodation again in the future.

As you walk into this apartment you can't believe that it has been used for 3years now.

It's as though you are the first one in as their are no signs of wear and tear. The fixtures and fittings are of high quality. This is a very spacious apartment. You get a beautiful view of the the scenery from the dinning area. Highly recommended.

It has everything you want for a lovely holiday including parking. It is situated in a great location for the Dunster Railway, Beach and village and also to visit places further along with coast. Wouldnt hestitate to visit again.

Immaculate and spacious apartment with modern appliances and excellent plumbing.

V quiet location and easy walk to Dunster village (about 15/20 mins). Tesco superstore only 3 mins drive (we timed it!). Although open plan, sitting area is ‘hidden’ from kitchen area by dividing wall - good layout design! Would not hesitate to rebook!

The accommodation was wonderful.

It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent location for the beach, the village and to explore the area. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would book again in the future. The cake and milk was a pleasant surprise.

The coast and Dunster are within easy walking distance, and a short drive to more spectacular locations. Steam train enthusiasts will love being a short walk away from Dunster staton. Overall a great place to stay.

A superb week in a very comfortable well appointed Coach House with outstanding views to Exmoor, and within easy reach of Dunster Castle and Dunster Beach which is very peaceful.

The coach house is also close to the Steam railway line, and a whole host of mainline food shops are within a mile or so of the property. We would not hesitate to book it again! Thank you

We have just returned from a week's holiday staying at The Coach House.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious with some lovely touches on arrival. The apartment is only 20 minutes walk from Dunster and is also perfectly located to explore Minehead, Exmoor and beyond. We couldn't fault our stay at The Coach House and would definitely stay there again if we returned to the area.

We had a lovely two week stay in Dunster.

The property is clean, comfortable and a lot of care has clearly been taken to make it a home from home, from the quality of the sheets and towels to the thoughtful extras in the kitchen. We were surprised with some lovely goodies on arrival, which was appreciated after a long drive. The property is well located for sightseeing - we especially loved Dunster village, castle and gardens, Lynton and Lynmouth, Porlock Weir, Tarr Steps, the steam railway and Tropiquaria. The weather wasn’t kind to us but there was plenty to do and the apartment was a great place to get cosy with movies and games on the wettest days.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, everything was new and there was nothing more we could have possibly needed.

It was nice on arrival to have tea, coffee, milk and delicious cake provided. The location was good for seeing the area, regular bus services nearby which we used to get to Minehead and Taunton and the beautiful village of Dunster within walking distance

Well presented, clean, and comfortable accommodation. We ate in every night bar one and it was like home from home. Kitchen was very well equipped. The pre arrival information pack received from Gail & Andrew was a nice touch. If we holiday in this area again would be delighted to stay here again.

Everything provided and very cosy for the cold nights in January. Would recommend for helping to provide a relaxation holiday.

The flat is beautifully clean and extremely well kitted out, even a lovely decorated Christmas tree had been put up for us.

The location is great being in walking distance from both the village of Dunster and the beach. It was easy to drive all over Exmoor from there and we found plenty of walks to keep us very happy all week.

As soon as you walk into the Coach house you know you are in for the perfect stay.

It is immaculate and and beautifully presented. Everything is catered for and there are little extras everywhere which make your stay even more of a joy. From the beautiful rooms and luxurious bedding to the locally made blankets and artwork, it is such a treat to stay here. We also loved the wide selection of board games, useful waterproof map and recommendations for things to do and places to visit, which made the visit complete. This is the best place we have stayed and we have stayed in some lovely cottages before! I can’t recommend it more highly and hope to have the pleasure of staying here again in the future.

A clean and well equipped home from home in a fab location.

Lovely and clean well situated nice property only issue was creaking toilet in shower room worried it would come away from wall so did not use and grill element was loose otherwise great stay.

With darker evenings there is a need for a couple of reading lights near sofas & easy chair. Otherwise everything we needed, thanks.
