  • "Just visited for 2nd time in 2 years, and hope to book again in the future."

As good as its description, if not better. Lovely conservatory makes the lounge light and gives views of the back garden with its tree line/fields backdrop. Turn left out of property, then access the "incline" that runs parallel to the access road to the property. A brisk 5 minutes, slow 10 minutes walk, down a tree lined footpath (not that accessible in a wheelchair), and you reach Saundersfoot itself. A variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, TESCO Express and a SPAR. Lots of benches round seafront and easy access to the main beach. Two large car parks, if you don't want to walk into Saundersfoot, that give you flat access to all amenities. Within easy drive of Tenby. Friendly, helpful owners live next door. Thank you Rachel and Tony.

Thank you for staying with us once more . It was really nice to see you again . Rachel and Tony Property Owner

Very spacious with dining area and conservatory as well as large kitchen and lounge. There is a second WC in the cloakroom / utility area which aids family living. All the equipment you need is there. The setting is quiet and the countryside views from the back garden are a delight. The owners live next door but are in no way intrusive, but very helpful when needed. There is a footpath that avoids the road hill on the walk back from a long day on the excellent beach. What more could you ask for.

  • "Excellent accommodation for our party of four."

The garden and patio gave us even more space. The property was immaculate on our arrival and the smart TV was useful for evenings when the weather wasn't very good. Saundersfoot and Tenby are both very picturesque resorts. We would recommend The Captain's Table, The Royal Oak and Periwinkle for meals out. It was unfortunate that the weather was disappointing for late June. I am recovering from two heart attacks, two spinal ops and reactive arthritis so my mobility is somewhat restricted. Anyone with a disability needs to take care in the main bathroom when the floor is wet to avoid any slips. I overcame this by drying myself within the confines of the shower area. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and thank the owners for providing such a nice quiet location for us to stay but also with easy access to Saundersfoot and a short drive to Tenby.

Was very well presented, with a good tidy garden, and we had a fabulous week here. A couple of minor niggles, which didn't really detract from the stay but which should probably be fixed: - the listing sys that the property has a DVD player, when it does not - the Wi-Fi doesn't really reach beyond the lounge and kitchen. A booster would be useful, especially for those wet afternoons in with teenage children Thank you very much for a very good week.
