• "Apartment is well equipped, if a lttle more "tired" than the photos suggest, close to the beach and just a short walk into the town."

  The dishwasher was not working when we arrived and on immediately reporting this to the owner he said he was unable to get it replaced or repaired during the period of our 7-night stay, (despite appliances being available online with next-day delivery). We were left wondering how long it had already been out of action and whether he would say the same to the next renters. Haven given him plenty of time since returning from our stay (in early August) to recompense us with an appropriate refund for the inaccuracy of the listing but he hasn't volunteered anything which is a little disappointing.

• "Fabulous place."

  Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable and quiet but so close to the beach and just a short walk into the town. Extremely good written instructions regarding the stay from the owner, and he contacted me very quickly when I contacted him regarding an issue. Very impressed with the standard of care and how clean and well prepared the apartment was. Highly recommend it and will be returning. Loved my week there. Thank you.

• "We recently had our 5th visit to the wonderful apartment that is 6 South Beach Court Tenby and i can only reiterate what i have said about it in the past it is a lovely apartment spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious and it has everything you need for you to enjoy your holiday in Tenby and has great views across to Caldey Island."

  The apartment is in a prime location overlooking the South Beach and it is only a short walk on the flat into town with its many shops, restaurants and pubs and all the many other delights that Tenby has to offer. The owner of the property is a lovely person who goes out of his way to make sure you have a great holiday and is always at the end of a phone should you have a problem. I know we will be booking 6 South Beach Court again soon and i have no hesitation in recommending it and also Sykes Cottages to everyone

• "Lovely property."

  Great position ,right on the front of South Beach. Close to all amenities. Great view from property of Caldey Island. Clean and comfortable apartment, with everything provided. Plenty of room and added bonus of TVs in bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

• "On September 30th we made our 5th visit to the brilliant apartment that is 6 South Beach Court Tenby and we had a wonderful week."

  The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and decorated to a high standard, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. Looking out of the lounge windows you have excellent views across the South Beach to Caldey Island and step out of the front door cross the road and you are on the South Beach. 6 South Beach Court is in a prime location and you are only a couple of minutes walk away from the town with its variety of shops, restaurants and bars and many other places of interest so that you can enjoy the delights that Tenby has to offer. If you fancy stretching your legs and taking in the views the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is right on your doorstep. The owner is a lovely person who goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay in his apartment and is always at the end of a phone should you have a problem. A little tip about parking i always use the Railway Station it is only a short distance away and costs £16 pounds for the week and come the 1st October it is only £3-50 for the week. Would we stay at 6 South Beach Court again without hesitation we think it is a brilliant apartment.

• "We stayed at number 6, it was perfect for our family of six with three double bedrooms one en-suite and a second family bathroom."

  A good well equipped kitchen with all we needed and a large lounge with brilliant views over the Gitar cliffs and the south beach across to Caldy island from the sound to St Catherine’s. Just a few minutes easy walk into the town and as close as possible to the south beach with two car parks close by. Would we stay here again? Of course we will. It’s a bit of a nit pick but our bedroom window blinds needed fixing.

• "Wonderfully spacious flat in a magnificent location very close to the pathway down to the South Beach."

  Sitting in the lounge with a view of Caldey Island was wonderful. The flat is only a short walk away from the shops in the town centre. The large South Beach car park is adjacent to the flat which is very helpful for loading and unloading. Not the cheapest parking but very convenient. Just one minor issue, there was only 1 and a bit toilet rolls for a family of 6 for a week! Everywhere else we have stayed in Tenby has always had a stock of toilet rolls to be used, so you never run out.

• "Spacious apartment - well equipped and comfortably accommodates six."

  The location is superb with the beach and town on the doorstep and the views are stunning. Hoping to return next year! Some minor things (which in no way impacted the holiday) some window blinds do not work properly and no recycling bags provided. Detailed information provided by Sykes and the owner throughout the booking process.

• "We were delighted with the property, it looked even better in real life than in the publicity photos."

  The views were stunning. There were a few storms which made the outlook even more dramatic. The location is perfect, being a five minute flat walk into Tenby. We will return in the future. Improvements could be, the provision of a welcome pack, and a few more teatowels (there was only one that we could find).

• "The property was lovely, very spacious and we enjoyed our stay."

  The only problem we had was with the vertical blinds that kept breaking but it was mentioned in a previous review and we did inform the owner of the problem. Maybe put some instructions that explain the recycling and waste disposal as it can be different to how you recycle at home. There weren’t any orange bags recycling under the sink. Some instructions for your departure like stripping beds etc would also be useful.

• "This was our 4th visit to this lovely apartment and once again it did not disappoint."

  The apartment is spotless and very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday perfect, it is situated in a prime position overlooking Tenby South Beach with views across to Caldey Island and is only a short walk into the town where you have a wide choice of restaurants and bars and everything Tenby has to offer. The owner is a great person and is at the end of a phone if you have a problem and nothing is too much trouble for him. • "This is our third time of holidaying at 6 South Beach Court Tenby and it never fails to impress the apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, it has everything you need for you to enjoy your holiday."

  6 South Beach Court is in a prime location looking out of the front window you have magnificent views across to Caldy Island walk out the front door and within 2 minutes you are on the South Beach. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, pubs and shops that Tenby has to offer and if you are feeling energetic the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is on your doorstep. The owner is always on hand should you have a problem and goes out of his way to ensure you enjoy your holiday in his apartment. I would definitely recommend 6 South Beach Court to anyone who wants a great holiday in a lovely apartment. I must also mention Sykes Holiday Cottages i have used them many times and always found them professional and easy to deal with and have never had any problems with anything i have booked with them, they keep you informed of everything from the moment you make a booking until your holiday is complete. Would highly recommend 6 South Beach Court Tenby and Sykes Holiday Cottages.

• "We have visited Tenby many times before but this was our first stay at South Beach Court."

  The location is amazing and the view from the front window is absolutely stunning. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. Some of the blinds needed fixing as they couldn’t be pulled but this was a very minor issue. We’ll definitely stay at South Beach Court again in the future

• "The holiday property was in a lovely position with a beautiful sea view ."

  That apartment was superb with a great kitchen and lounge . The kitchen included all the equipment needed . Lounge was comfortable with a good dining table . TV had all sky channels - the brightness of the picture needs adjusting which we couldn’t do with the controls we had . Bedrooms and bathrooms were very good . Thank you .

  Views from the property we're fantastic the place it self was secure and safe the apartment lived up to it's expectations, the only issues were that the windows were stiff to open and some of the blinds were broken other that we would love to come again

• "We have just returned from our second visit to 6 South Beach Court Tenby, the apartment is brilliant and everything is of a high quality from the fixtures and fittings to all the utensils needed for you to enjoy your stay."

  The position of the apartment is great with lovely views from the windows out to sea towards Caldey Island, cross the road and it is a 2 minute walk down to the beach the shops,pubs and restaurants and the many delights of Tenby are just a short walk away and the coastal path is right on your doorstep. The owner is a lovely person who goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your holiday from the lovely welcome pack to early check in and late checkout if these are possible. He always kept in touch with us to make sure we were okay. I must also praise Sykes cottages who i have used quite a few times booking with them is very easy and trouble free and you are always provided with all the information you need. I would definitely recommend a stay at 6 South Beach Court Tenby.

• "Everything at the apartment was as described and the photos do it the justice it deserves."

  We didn't use the television, only because we chose not to, but it seems to have every option you could want. We have no complaints about the apartment, well situated, comfortable seating and beds, plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. What more do you need?? We did have to contact Sykes with a query and we then had the owner contact us respond to our query quickly and efficiently. Thank you for that.

• "Loved our stay at South Beach Court!"

  The owner was very flexible and offered us an early check in which was much appreciated. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well appointed (would have just added a cafetière which seems to be standard in other properties but that’s such a minor point!) We loved the location and the views from the lounge .. stepping out of the door to be right on the seafront was amazing. Close enough to everything Tenby has to offer but not so central that it was noisy!

• "The property owner kindly contacted us to say that we could book in early and leave later on the last day, this was very much appreciated."

  The property is ideally located for walks on the beach or into the town square. The facilities where very good and standard of furniture and kitchen equipment was high end. We where a party of six adults and the accommodation was more than sufficient to house that number in comfort. We will definitely be looking to stay there again in the near future. Would highly recommend the property.

• "Ideal apartment to take my elderly parents, with no stairs and walk in showers."

  The location was superb with a view out to Caldey Island and a manageable ramp down to the beach and a walk along the sea front to the wall entry point to Tenby. We can also recommend to book a table for evening meal at the Belgrave Hotel just a couple of doors away. The apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are good quality (the slightly wonky plastic toilet seats are the only slight criticism but that is trivial in the overall scheme of things). Don’t worry about beach stuff either as it can all be found in the store cupboard in the last bedroom. A cracking holiday was had by all!!

• "Had a fabulous week at the apartment, it was luxurious, spacious, clean and always warm."

  The amenities were brilliant, everything you wanted was there at hand. I was close to the beach and short walk to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed it, nothing we could fault. Will definitely look to visit again. Just a tip about parking we didn’t park next door and looked at the car park a bit further away but to park for the week you need £25 in pound coins. We drove around and found the train station car park that was very quiet and not too far away about a 10 minute walk we left the car there for the week and it cost us £3, I think it’s £16 in the summertime. There were cameras in the car park and we had no problems. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

• "The flat is in a brilliant location, on a cul-de-sac extension to the Esplanade, right at the ramp to South Beach."

  The view is fairly good, at ground level. The main bedroom (en suite shower room) faces a side street so it gets a bit of noise but not much; the other two bedrooms face inward, so they are very quiet. They share a bathroom with tub and separate shower. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the living/dining room is comfortable. The TV was a bit difficult to figure out, and we suggested that the owner - who only recently took over the flat - provide a sheet of instructions for TV and video, which he said he would do. Don't park in the car park directly adjacent to the building (Rectory Car Park) for a longer time, as the one at the bottom of the hill (South Beach Car Park) is only 25 pounds a week, which would cost 47 pounds at Rectory. Taken together, a very nice flat, recently renovated, and we would book there again.
