"This is our second visit within 3 months initially the steps and garden were untidy and overgrown."
Being the start of the season we thought this would have been resolved by now. There was no shower curtain so we had to by one, there was no usable toilet brush. There is still a damp smell and the bath had a lot of mould around the edge. The bed was still very comfortable.

"Great possition within the old walls of Tenby."
Shops pubs ,restaurants and beached all very close by. The flat has two equal sized double bedrooms so perfect for myself and grown up son . We were on a walking holiday and this is a grat central location for coast paths and other nearby locations. The flat is below ground level so don't expect any views. But other than that a great place to stay.

"We had a superb stay at Flat 1, Belmont, lovely flat, clean, well appointed and comfortable."
Only gripe was the sofa, not very comfortable if you find yourself stuck indoors on a wet day. Otherwise, it’s well appointed, well placed and with parking outside on the street if you’re lucky, a real gem. We’ll be back!

"A hidden gem in an amazing location, propery tastefully furnished and very clean, the bed was super comfortable."
Has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. A welcome book would be useful for all new arrivals. The only one drawback is the damp smell that hits you when you enter the property. Not bad enough that we wouldn't book to stay here again.

"The beds were perfect, and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless."
Living room lacked a bit of comfort. Great location, central, but managed to be quiet at the same time.

"The beds were not made up and there were no towels or any bedding when we arrived."
We phoned the contact number and Mark quickly came and sorted the problem. The flat was very clean and very nicely presented but unfortunately smelt of damp. A dehumidifier had been left in the back bedroom. Was I supposed to use this? I felt uncomfortable sleeping in this damp room. Sadly, the whole flat was humid and smelt of damp every time we entered the property. The heating went off around 8pm which was too early. There were no instructions for how to adjust the heating …

"Great location, flat was clean, modern and comfortable and right in the heart of it although nice and quiet at night - which was perfect."
Restaurants and bars are all walkable and loads of choice.

"We had an enjoyable stay in an excellent location."
Some points for feedback - 1. The staircase down to the front door needs maintenance as it has moss on it and was slippery. 2. The rear yard could do with a jet wash to remove stains and moss - important to us with a small dog. 3. There was no hair dryer at the property. I’m not sure if there should have been but it would be good to add for future guests.
