"This was a great base for exploring the local area, close to the beach and town."
The accommodation was warm, comfortable and light, with easy parking and friendly staff. And it's good to know your booking is supporting a charity.
-
"It's always a pleasure to return here for a week's relaxing stay in a comfortable apartment."
The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

"When we got there we were given flat number 4, not 33."
This was right above the kitchen with a huge and extremely noisy extractor fan going from 8 a m. They moved us to a different flat, but then we were woken up at 7 a m every morning by other people repeatedly slamming doors and banging and thumping about! So not quite the peaceful week we had hoped for, and no lie-ins. We came home 2 days early because we were so fed up with the noise. People have no consideration anymore! The area was lovely though.
-
"The accommodation was super clean and very comfortable."
The staff on reception were very cheerful and helpful. We had a quiet and relaxing stay. I would have liked somewhere to place toiletries in the bathroom.
-
"We had a great week here, the staff were very helpful and the flat was perfectly located in walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants."
-
"Great central location and good spacious accommodation."
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.
-
"A conveniently positioned apartment for both Littlehampton town and for getting out and about in West Sussex."
The apartment was comfortable and clean and the building has 24hr reception staff. Ideal for considerate, quieter guests rather than anything more boisterous. The only niggle was a noisy extractor fan in the bathroom.
-
"Not my first visit to this address and it will certainly not be my last!"
Flat 33 is comfortable and well equipped, in an extremely pleasant location, close to the sea, Littlehampton and Rustington. The Reception Office staff are delightful: friendly and ready to help with enquiries.
-
"Another very comfortable week in this resort: my third visit and certainly not my last."
The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and my accommodation was exactly what I wanted. It's very close to the sea. Littlehampton town centre is within walking distance along the promenade. In the opposite direction is Rustington, a busy village boasting more shops than Littlehampton.

"Had a lovely few days at marine court."
The flat was clean and spacious. The lady in the reception was very helpful with a good knowledge of the area. It was only a short walk to the seafront where there were plenty of places to eat. Overall we had a very pleasant stay there and will definitely go there again.
-
"The holiday flat was very clean and comfortable."
There was no dishwasher but that was OK with us, and it was nice to have a basket with tea and coffee etc provided on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample hanging and drawer space. Staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn't far to walk to the beach and it was a lovely stay.
-
"We loved our stay at Marine Court."
Your reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the flat was great. This was the most spacious, comfortable holiday home we've ever found in our price range. It was wonderful being so close to the seaside and we had lots of nice walks, paddles and swims. Best of all was watching the Olympics on the lovely sofa!

"The property is in a good location for the town ( restaurants) and beech."
While I am reasonably fit in my late 70s my wife has some mobility problems but beech and shops were all walkable. The description was accurate and the staff on the premises welcoming and halpful.
-
"I came with two friends from Europe to see a few things in the area."
The property was conveniently located, well equipped and clean and roomy enough for all of us. Beware the very hot water - the signs are clear ! We only had to park on the road once. Pity that we had no time to go for a swim or laze around in the bar.
-
"Well positioned for centre where plenty of nice places to eat, seaside easy to get too, We travelled around to various seasides villages, national park, would definitely recommend."
Really enjoyed our week there.
-
"Brilliant flat excellent stay"
-
"Flat 33 is light, airy and comfortable."
Good kitchen and bathroom. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful (thank you, Fiona!) and the swimming pool is a good temperature (not too warm, but not cold). We would definitely choose to stay here again and have recommended to friends already. Good location: seafront, St Catherine of Alexandria's RC Church and local shops all within easy walking distance.
-
"Can't fault it, staff friendly & helpful, apartment clean & well equipped."
Just a couple of maintenance issues that we spotted, but these did not affect our stay. These were, noisy bathroom fan(very dusty inside so could do with a good clean), toilet roll holder loose on wall & a couple of the double glazed window units had "blown"(misted up).
-
"A very comfortable apartment, well furnished and equipped."
A safe place to stay for a single person. Easy parking and just a short distance from the sea front and shops. I would definitely go back for another short stay.
-
"We were very impressed with this flat."
It was spacious, clean and comfortable, with additional facilities (indoor heated pool, bar, evening meals available). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The flat is in a small complex, just 10 minutes on foot from Littlehampton Station centre in one direction and East Beach in the other. We were delighted to discover that it belongs to the Firefighters' Charity, so by renting here we were also supporting a most worthwhile cause. Thank you to all the staff.

"We had a wonderful few days in Littlehampton."
The flat was spacious with lovely big rooms. The staff were wonderful and so friendly, we felt very at home there. The pool was really refreshing and an added bonus. We would love to return someday.
-
"Fantastic. Exceptional space of room."
Clean. So friendly, an helpful. No negative at all
-
"The property was very noisy."
The water pipes made a lot of noise even at 7am. The fire doors slammed, they would also bang in a draft as they would not close properly. On the whole the flat was comfortable and clean. An enjoyable week apart from the above.
-
"Very friendly and helpful staff!"
My kids enjoyed a lot swimming pool which we could use during 9am-3.30pm. I highly recommend Marine Court flats!
-
"Lovely comfortable apartment."
Personally I would have liked some comfortable(ish) seats with a table outside in the sun. A couple of times we would have sat outside had there been any. Great location, especially in terms of nearby Lidl and buses. We didn't use our car at all in the week we stayed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

"The service from reception staff was excellent, including information about use of facilities and advice on where to visit etc."
We were able to use the gym at specified time and the pool, available 9.00-3.30 Monday to Friday. They found a key we had left in the apartment and were very helpful about returning it. Parking was fine. The two-bedroomed apartment was both spacious, warm and comfortable, well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. The building was quiet, very clean and with a lift for the two upper floors. The sea front and the town center are just a few minutes walk.
