The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Savor mealtimes together at the dining table and enjoy a cosy evening by the woodburner and choose from a selection of board games to play. After a day of exploring, unwind in the bathroom with a soak in the bath or a rinse under the overhead shower. There are two well-appointed bedrooms to choose from, both benefitting from sea views, so you can curl up with a hot chocolate and escape into a good book.

Unspoilt idyllic location!
We had the 'best'time, the 'best' weather and met the 'best' people. The sunrise is incredible, almost mystical as it gently emerges above the horizon. What a start to any day, & this view is directly across the cliff tops from your very own bed. The house is lovely, warm & cosy - aesthetically age intact, without the hardships of the past! The contemporary addition of back garden hot tub is a great idea - we didn't get chance to use it, but must be such an incredible experience on a clear starry night!! We had everything we could possibly need (thank you for the carrot cake & milk
What a lovely little cottage!
We had such a wonderful time staying here, really quiet and relaxing. Everything you could ever need for a self catering holiday. We loved the hot tub and looking up at the stars with a glass of wine. It is a great base for exploring the top of Scotland. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for people to stay.
The cottage was clean & warm in a peaceful, pretty location.
We were really disappointed that the cottage wasnt very comfortable or cosy & it felt tired & in need of maintenance throughout. We felt we paid premium for having a hot tub & this was one of our reasons for choosing this property. We were unable to use the hot tub because the cover/lid was in such poor repair it was swollen and misshapen making it extra heavy & the mechanism to lift the lid was so wobbly & felt unsafe we could not lift it safely or open it off & on. I have this same hot tub & lid at home & am used lifting with ease. This lid needs replacing as should be easy to lift open & close & risks injury as so very misshapen & very heavy through water ingress and age. Maintenace is needed throughout the property & found the budget furniture really let the cottage down. The rear outside light wasnt working. The toilet seat was not fitt3d properly & slid about. The kitchen lights were very old and bulbs not working. The hard dining room bench was very uncomfortable to sit on so we did not eat in. The sofas looked nice & new but again not relaxing or comfy to sit on. The twin room bed slats were not fitted & loose & when my friend sat on the bed to take her shoes off she fell through & hurt herself. The twin room also has no wardrobe to hang clothes & no bedside table to place phone or items on. There was a nice modern washing machine & tumble dryer & the heating system kept the cottage warm. Due to so many maintenance issus especially not being able to safely operate the hot tub lid we cannot reccomend & would not return.
