Popples Barn is a welcoming house situated near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.

This property boasts an electric fire, Smart TV, and stunning countryside views - with designated, off-road parking, Popples Barn is idyllic for a family or group of friends on a rural retreat in West Yorkshire.

Return from a scenic hike through the roaring hills of Yorkshire to unwind in your home-away-from-home.

Relax in the comfortable sitting room which boasts countryside views and an electric fire to keep you warm.

Whip up a delicious dinner worthy to satisfy that hard-earned appetite in a kitchen well-equipped with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer.

There is a dining room seating 5, where you can gather together to enjoy a meal and talk about your next outdoor adventure.

Soak up the final rays of sun in the picturesque garden, before settling into the evening with a film on the Smart TV.

Rinse off in a walk-in shower or indulge in a soothing soak in the bath while the washing machine takes care of your laundry.

Upstairs you will find two comfy doubles and a single to choose from.

Why not take a short walk out the door and grab some pub grub at The Hare & Hounds Hebden Bridge – just a stone’s throw from your property.

Hebden Bridge is within easy walking distance and guests can enjoy its lively nightlife, curiosity shops and the old cinema where they serve tea and scones at the interval.

Nearby, Haworth is a village that time almost forgot, with its myriad of curiosity and antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets creating a wonderful period atmosphere, all set against a framing backdrop of countryside famously described in the novel Wuthering Heights as wild, rugged and barren.

Nearby, the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, provides a lovely day out with a regular service to the old village of Oxenhope.

The area abounds with popular places to visit, including the Bronte Parsonage Museum, East Riddlesden Hall, and the National Railway Museum in York.

The market town of Skipton, often fondly regarded as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is just a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds and Manchester.

Adventures aplenty wait to be enjoyed when you book a stay at Popples Barn.
