Exceptionally clean and well maintained property.

Very well equipped. Great location to explore. Lots in local area. Only drawback was that it was really a property set up for a couple, although there were additional folding chairs to go around the table it would have been a push to sit a family around it and with kitchen size, family cooking would be tricky.

The property is absolutely beautiful.

Immaculately clean and very welcoming. The surrounding area is lovely as we walked along the river bank each evening we saw a kingfisher, a barn owl and lots of squirrels. The Mill is so near to Pately Bridge, Ripley Castle, Grassington and Skipton. Would definitely recommend this property.
