Begin the circular route from the Court House in Truro before following along the least to their source on the River Kenwyn. From here, take the path through New Mill and to the woods at Treworder.
Afterwards, the path crosses into the tributary valley at Roseworthy before returning via Penrose Water Gardens to Ninnis.
