The Heron Inn
The Heron Pub enjoys marvellous views of the Truro and Tresillian rivers and serves up delicious meals for you to try! You can find the restaurant in Malpas, on the edges of Truro.
The restaurant is open all day and offers a selection of menus, all of which feature ingredients from local suppliers.
If you’re visiting The Heron Inn in the morning, be sure to sample the breakfast menu. The large and vegetarian Cornish breakfasts are bound to fuel you for the day. Alternatively, if you’re after a light bite be sure to try the smashed avocado on toast or The Heron granola bowl.
The main menu offers an array of dishes to choose from, including nibbles and small plates. A couple of highlights include root vegetable crisps and the salt & pepper squid.
The mains range from pub classics to global delights, including Cornish inspired paella, king prawn arrabiatta and Heron Thai green curry.
A vegan menu, sandwich offering and sharer plates are also available.
Don’t forget to try the wine list! The award-winning owner/Chef Nick Hemming and Head Chef Simon George have hand-picked the tipples and matched these with each dish.
