Highgrove Gardens
Welcome to Highgrove Gardens, the private residence of Their Royal Highnesses The Duchess of Cornwall and The Prince of Wales! Whilst the house itself isn’t open to the public, the gardens welcome visitors between April and October yearly.
When it comes to admission fees, children aged nine years old and under can visit free of charge; perfect for family outings!
There’s so much waiting to be discovered within the estate, including insightful tours. During these experiences, you can uncover Highgrove Gardens’ history, management and, of course, the beautiful scenery.
There are numerous tours available, including a private garden tour and the sumptuous champagne tea tour.
Garden highlights include the nature-filled arboretum, the peaceful spot of The Stumpery and the quaint Cottage Garden. Be sure to also embark on the Thyme Walk, where a wealth of topiaries, pavilions and more await.
The best time to visit Highgrove Gardens is Christmas, thanks to the ample events available at this time. A Christmas Gala and special, Christmas lunch are a couple of highlights.
