Prior Park
If you want to enjoy a day out that’s packed with beautiful surroundings, come and explore Prior Park in Bath. This 18th-century landscaped garden is a must for any visit here, with stunning sights in abundance.
The National Trust-owned park comprises a glistening lake which enjoys an iconic monument, the Palladian Bridge. After kicking back and relaxing around the water, why not embark on the Bath Skyline Walk from here?
Alternatively, follow one of the shorter paths weaving around the park before stopping at the Tea Shed. The Tea Shed rests on the Cabinet and offers up hot and cold beverages, snacks and cakes.
An array of events also take place at Prior Park, from Heritage Open Days to seasonal adventures. During the summer, a wealth of activities are on offer, including arts & crafts and physical challenges; ideal for kids!
