Iford Manor Gardens
Open every day 11am-4pm, except Mondays and Tuesdays, Iford Manor Gardens is a Wiltshire gem that offers a great day out during a Cotswolds break.
The gardens are Grade I listed and are truly a beauty to behold. Uninterrupted views of a valley, architectural delights and more await.
Iford Manor Gardens enjoy a wealth of history, with ties to the wool industry and seeing the Georgian gentrification. A major highlight of the gardens’ history has to be when Harold Peto’s Edwardian structures were built here.
The structures are influenced by Peto’s travels, which included Japan, Canada and Egypt. These monuments are still in the gardens today, making for a scenic backdrop for a stroll or picnic.
Dogs on leads are welcome here, and you can even book special group and private visits with a tour.
After touring the gardens, stop at the on-site café for a treat. Homemade pastries, cakes and more can be tucked into here.
Enjoy a beautiful outing at Iford Manor Gardens…
