At RSPB Cors Ddyga, there’s something for birdwatchers and wildlife lovers to see all year round.
In spring, you’ll find lapwings, curlews and skylarks amongst the grassland and wetland flowers along with reed buntings and wildfowl on the marshes. By summer, you can expect to see marsh harriers and buzzards. Autumn brings migrant waders, such as black-tailed godwits. Dragonflies and other insects buzz through flower-rich grassland.
In autumn, you may see starlings, swallows and martins. You can also look for signs of otters. In winter, birds of prey descend upon Cors Ddyga including marsh and hen harriers, merlins, and peregrines.
