Travel to Moray by road
If you are driving from Edinburgh to the Moray region, take the M90, followed by the A9 through the Cairngorms. Then take the A95 to the heart of the Moray area.
From Aberdeen or Inverness, take the A96 road to Elgin; Westbound or Eastbound respectively.

Travel to Moray by train
There are a number of railway stations in Moray including Elgin. Trains arrive in Elgin from London Kings Cross, Edinburgh and Glasgow via Inverness or Aberdeen.
The south of the Moray area lies in the north of the Cairngorms, close to Aviemore. Trains from London travel directly to Aviemore.

The closest airports to Moray are Inverness and Aberdeen, both of which have connections with many cities across the UK and Ireland. From each of these cities, Moray is a 30 to 45-minute drive.
