Travel to Abersoch by road
Abersoch is located at the western edge of North Wales on the Llyn Peninsula. Driving from the South or the Midlands will involve heading to Birmingham and then taking the A458/A470/A487 to the Llyn peninsula and then the A497 all the way to Abersoch. Those arriving from the North of England will enter Wales via Chester and take the A55/A487 until reaching the Llyn Peninsula and then the A499/A497 until Abersoch.

Travel to Abersoch by train
The nearest railway station is at Pwllheli, a 15-minute drive from Abersoch. Getting the train allows visitors to take in some of Wales’ most stunning scenery. Train travel from London takes around seven hours and involves two changes.

Travel to Abersoch by plane or ferry
The nearest airport is Liverpool John Lennon, a two-hour drive away, which connects with a number of destinations in Ireland. The Port of Holyhead, however, is just a 70-minute drive from Abersoch, making this an easier way to reach Abersoch. This also means you can bring your own vehicle.
