Travel to Bembridge by ferry

Travel to Bembridge by car
Getting to Bembridge by car is fairly easy and gives you the freedom to explore the surrounding area. If you are driving from the North, get to Portsmouth by taking the M6, the M40, the A34, the M3 and, finally, the M27.
From London, it is a straight drive down the A3. There is a 25-minute drive to Bembridge after the ferry to Fishbourne.

Travel to Bembridge by train and bus
There is no train station in Bembridge, making public transport an inconvenient option. However, is it possible to get to Bembridge by a combination of train, hovercraft and bus. There are frequent trains from London to Portsmouth, where travellers can get on the 10-minute hovercraft to Ryde (foot passengers only). From Ryde, you simply take the number 8 bus to Bembridge.

Travel to Bembridge by plane
You can fly to Southampton Airport from where it is possible to take a train to Portsmouth for the ferry to Ryde.
