Travel by train to Chester
Is your preferred method of travel a train to Chester? If you are taking a train to Chester, the station is northeast of the city centre. Every two hours, trains leave and arrive at London Euston Station from Chester railway station.
Every 30 minutes, there are direct trains to and from Liverpool and Birkenhead on Merseyrail’s Wirral Line, whilst two train lines go across rural Cheshire from Manchester’s suburbs and Manchester Airport to Chester.
The North Wales Coast Line runs from Crewe and Manchester to Chester, Llandudno, and Holyhead. And, Chester also has direct trains to Birmingham, Cardiff, and Shrewsbury.
