Getting to Loch Ness by road

If you’re travelling to Loch Ness from the South of England or London, take the M6, then the A74. Then head north on the M74 and M73 past Glasgow, before joining the M80, and finally the M9. Carry on Northbound using the A9, through Perth and Inverness.

To plan Loch Ness travel, we recommend using the AA Route Planner.
