1085 Bistro
Named after the height of Y Wyddfa/ Snowdon (1,085 metres high), 1085 Bistro is showcased across three rooms, all with their own unique design.
The boat room highlights views of the lake and even includes an area for children to play while they wait for their food to be served. The film room showcases movie posters of films that have been filmed parts of their films in the area around the Bistro and of course, there is the Y Wddfa room, which shows off some amazing views of the mountains in the Eryri/ Snowdonia National Park.
Stand-out dishes include Smoked Salmon and cod Gratin with parmesan and brown bread topping, served with peas and a Vegan Penany Curry, served with basmati and wild rice.
Anyone with a sweet tooth can enjoy selections such as, Chocolate Truffle cake served with a choice of ice cream and homemade bread and butter pudding.
