Conwy Mountain
Follow the path around Conwy Mountain for an exhilarating walk and breathtaking views of Conwy town and Llandudno’s Great Orme.
On top of the mountain, you’ll also find Castell Caer Seion, an Iron Age hill fort that was excavated in 1951 and 2008.
Site one incorporated hut circles and levelled platform houses with a citadel outpost. It’s a truly fascinating site for history lovers.
Begin your walk from the small car park at the foot of the mountain or from the Sychnant Pass.
The journey takes two to three hours, reward yourself for your efforts when you return to Conwy at one of the town’s many restaurants or cafés.
Conwy Mountain is a superb walk in North Wales…
