Davidstow Airfield and Cornwall at War Museum
The private collection at Cornwall at War Museum features pieces from both world wars as well as the Falklands War, the Gulf War and the war in Afghanistan. War stories are told through both artefacts and video or audio features and the topics cover everything from the role of women to civilian activity and the German military.
Follow the numbered exhibits to get the most out of the museum and don’t forget to watch the video showing how the museum came to be. Visitors during high season can also take a tour of the Davidstow Airfield which lasts around two hours and can be booked on the museum website.
