The museum has a fascinating exhibit on the record-breaking Campbell family, as well as several notable specimens of motor vehicles.
A typical 1930s Westmorland garage re-creation, the Campbell Bluebird Exhibition, and the Leven Valley Heritage Centre depict how life might have been in the Backbarrow Blue Mill. The ironworks, gunpowder factories, and woodland industries are just a few of the fascinating stories rooted in the local area.
